Didn't watch the film in the end. Watched the new sing the lyrics quiz show which we shan't be watching again, and then the end of liveearth, now DH is in the bath, and we will be climbing into clean bed sheets soon.

Weather forecast looks ok for tomorrow, so will be chilling out, but also perhaps doing some more gardening and definitely some more washing.

    Plan is:
    • put SC on with curried parsnip soup
    • put WM on with DH's work clothes
    • wash charlie car seat/baby walker/pushchair covers
    • make bottles
    • make cornbeef and potato pie for dinner
    • spend some time dealing with spare room/ironing pile from hell
    • bathroom clean
    • finish hoovering bathroom, our room and spare room where i can reach
    • pack up some of charlie's too small clothes
    • get Dh to put in loft
    • go for a family walk, perhaps to park
plus anything extra that i think of through the day.

Is it just me and lil-me up late again?

    Michelle, x

Bed still not cleared, I decided to have a look through the toy box in the dining room JIC. Problem is I can hardly get in the dining room (goodness knows why we call it that, can't remember the last time we sat there for a meal) it doubles as the ebay stock room these days. Anyway no passport there so moved onto the coat cupboard. I never knew one man could have so many coats!!!! No passport but I did find DD's digital camera that has been missing for months. It was in the denim jacket I 'borrowed' from DH for the Quo gig at Christmas. Only took a few pics, just had a look and they are all blurry but at least the camera is found so progress of sorts.

Amazing what you find when you look isn't it AnW'sMum. Honestly feel for you at the minute as I hate loosing things but I am useless, completely unorganised and do it all the time. We have 4 TV remoted, can't even find one at the minute, meaning I keep having to get up, grrr!

Only the 3 of us I think Michelle, rest will be snoring/still partying now! DP still on the phone every 2 mins so won't be going to bed yet.

Think I will go and take the dogs in the garden for a bit as it's dry and cool out there at the mo, get a good look around the garden and see if there is anything I need to add to my list, poor Megan gets tired as the day goes on and struggles with the stairs a bit so I have to help her back up.

Doing extras in kitchen where possible tomorrow as the only chance I have to get to see a dentist sooner (which I need as in agony) is to sit & wait from 9am Monday to see if they can fit me in.

Very true, well I have decided not to actively look any more tonight, pleased to have found the camera and DD will be pleased :)

Starting to get a rumbly tum, suppose that coz I had only a slice of cake earlier. Got some coffee cake here that DD & DS's adoptive grandma made for us. Would you like a piece?

If you think i ould help in any way, then i would pop round. It will be somewhere daft, I was thinking to my mum's kitchen where drawers would be so full that as they were opened and shut the things in them fell down the back into the cupboard underneath, If this was in a chest of drawers or similar, you might need to take all the drawers out and look inside the furniture.

Also might seem daft, but where would your DH have put it? I'm a bit of a believer in if you are thinking of that person then slightly strange things happen.

Did you get your TV sorted? Not that i would be able to help with that as i am useless - must be that teacher gene - but if you are stuck i could see if DH would sort it for you, seems though he is an electrical engineer.

I bet you are only around the corner from me, i thought that the other week when your kitchen flooded, although you had already sorted it by the time we got back off hols

So, we are the Saturday night party people then

Thought about that just tonight, with the flood in the kitchen Dad pulled off the kick board and to my total surprise there was nothing dropped down the back, thought there might have been alsorts of rubbish, but just a bit of builders rubble that was all.

He would have given it to me to put away :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:you don't think I would have trusted him with such an important document do you?!?!?!!

No not sorted yet, kids can watch a video but not regular TV at the mo. Set top box decided to stop working as well a couple of weeks ago but didn't worry too much about that as it's not that often we look at the other channels. It was not being able to use the HD to tape stuff that was annoying. But seeing as I am either with the kids, on the PC, at the PO sending ebay stuff or at work, it hasn't mattered too much. No time to watch what I tape!

Party people must be snoozing, pain killers just started to kick in and would love a piece of coffee cake, I must try making one myself again soon, I burnt the last one :o

Told DP I was going to bed but I can't be bothered to walk upstairs, sort him sheets for sofa as when he's not going to get much sleep like tonight as he's doing the fishing duties he sleeps on sofa as can get up easier than from the comfy bed. I just can't be bothered to move, I think if I switch the light on (house in complete darkness apart from PC) there will also be washing up left to do and I DON'T WANT TO!!!

I quite often sit in the dark as well but tonight I am sat with the light on. This used to be DS's (and DD's before that) room and DH put a dimmer switch in. We would be sat on the PC in the other room and either hear or see a lil hand switching on the light even though it was on quite low :rotfl: we would say 'switch it off' and the hand would reach back out!!!
