Well I don't know what slapper he was trying to contact but the text I got this morning was 'Where were you last night sexy babe. I thought you were up for it x'
Hence a reply back of, 'I appreciate the lovely message but don't appreciate my kids being woken up at 3am by someone with the wrong number. She mustn't like you that much if she's given you the wrong number'
:rotfl: Don't think he'll call again

It's given me a giggle anyway. Poor guy must have spent a fortune on taxis last night trying to find her, aww what a shame, should think with his brain not his tail!
:j DP just phoned, DS1 getting on much better and while I was on the phone he caught a fish, he sounds really pleased with his little self, we have progress :j he'll be over the moon. Going to have to take his glasses up for him once DS2 gets back as he's forgotten them and can't see the float properly. One day I might be more organised...........

Morning everyone!
Finally no rain today at the mo! - DH is outside mowing lawns for 1st time in over a month:T - I think he's emptied grass box 10 times already.
DD2 has a sore throat & very grumpy but she thinks a trip to McDonald's might cure her:rotfl: . Done bathroom this morning then got Sunday Dinner to do as well as normal mountains of washing. Also need to kick DD1 out of bed soon & get her to tidy their room which she should have done yesterday - it's a hovel!!
Fully intend to join in properly tomorrow & will check for new list tonight.Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.0 -
Morning all.
AnW's mum - today you will find the passport. If we all apply lots of positive thinking it'll just jump into your lap! Honest! So come on everyone....keep thinking she's going to find it today.
Off to the allotment for some nice tasty potatoes. Catch up with you all later!January budget

Morning all
One load of washing done and out on the line, dry but the sun keeps going in and out.
Vacuumed through living room, hall and kitchen.
Veggies prepared for dinner.
Had the concert on in the background on the computer last night waiting for the Foo Fighters. When they came on I made DH turn over the television (he had Police Academy some number or other on!) and let me see them. They were brilliant! First time I saw the crowd move I think
DH has stomped off to take the dog out; Grand Prix is on this afternoon so I made him move. I'm so mean. After 5 hours of Tour de France yesterday and Grand Prix this afternoon I think I'm being very forebearing really.0 -

Hello, see you've all had busy mornings!
Welcome to the thread Piggybankrupt!
I've blitzed the garage and it's lovely now! Lots of woodlice and spiders swept out and everything moved away from the leaky bit. Boot full of stuff for the tip when I go shopping later and a couple of texts out to see if anyone wants my junk.
I had a s*xpest txter last night too, boozy sorts, must be a full moon or something. Someone I know and not remotely interested in, I just ignore him.
Off to get myself cleaned up and whizz to the shop; don't want to spend all day indoors while it's like this!
Sending those lost passport and driving licence vibes!

Grrrr just started raining AGAIN - how dare I want to hang washing out in July??!!
DH is racing to finnish mowing front lawn (back one done:j )
Think it's off to McDonalds to 'cure' DD2's throat then prepare Sunday Dinner for tonight.
Mission for next week is to clear hotspot in kitchen that contains BM & SC which is rendering them useless as I can't get to them. If I can figure out how I will post a picture of it to shame me into doing it.
Good news is DD1 is up & has started to clear her room without being asked - she's in a good mood 'cos she had first romantic meal out with her boyfriend last night - awwwww
Ooops - DH just found wasps nest:eek: in conifer in front garden - best go!!!Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.0 -
Well it's not in the airing cupboard :rotfl::rotfl:but we have the world's supply of shower gel, toothbrushes (we use electric ones!), toothpaste and cleaning products
Draw what conclusions you like about that, we are either the stinkiest family or I have a fetish for buying body and house cleaning stuffBut there were only about 40 toilet rolls in there
Off I go a bit furtherOfficial Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0
