My brood have actually disappeared into the depths of the house.. mainlt because I threatened to BIN every single thing left on the floor so I could vacuum them tonight (going up in a mo!!)

I just did 2 tesco orders for tomorrow... I have 2 log-ins.. one in my name and one in hubbys.. that way we get double on the code usage.. and the same in pounts back.. I tend to do several small orders rather than one big one so I can take advantage of as many codes as possible as well.. saves a fortune!!

Washing in.. just about dry but it looked like rain again... so I brought it in.. and the sun came out.. AARRRGGHHH!!!!

    DW reloaded
    WM's reloaded
TD reloaded with stuff off the line

Off to annoy the offspring with my binbags and vacuum cleaner!!!

Pigpen you are goign to have to give a master class in Mt T ordering to maximise the codes etc. I have used Asda up to now and being used to their site etc it's been easier to stick with that. Although in recent months I have done the shopping on the way to or from seeing DH as I call in at the supermarket to get flowers for him.

Right dinner, beans or spaghetti on toast I think, easy, quick, easy to clean up after and then I shall get on finding the floor in the hall again!

    Hi all

Sorry, have been reading occasionally but not posting - still flying though mostly level 3 - just. Had a real bad attack of the blues and spent most of the time weeping and sleeping and daft stuff like that. No real reason. Might be post viral stuff after when I was poorly.

Now today I got a reason to be depressed - the solicitors phoned and our buyers have just pulled out. 2 weeks after all surveys done and OK ... no-one can find out why. This is the 2nd time now it has happened and to be honest I just want to walk away from it all but know I cant. We will almost certainly lose the house we wanted to buy - we cant ask them to wait again while we find another buyer. We are jinxed I think

Will be here in spirit and doing my lists, but not posting for a while .. keep flappin'

Now got to get the house ready for viewings again .... argggghhhhhhh

Anyone want to buy a real nice place? No neighbours and no floods .....

.... no fleas or head lice either ....

Grrr just posted and then lost it...here goes again.

Hiya! Hope your two aren't driving you mad poohbear and welcome chivas.

I'm feeling much better than this time last week and down to two pain killers a day when I was told I;d be on them for at least two weeks. So, tomorrow i'm going to do level 2 and i'm going to write them out tonight and not turn the computer on until i've done them all!

Thanks for the link about dogs Lil_me. I've had a good look on the internet and we went and bought her a new toy (she chose it). She's only going to have it when I actually play with her and we'll use it as distraction when another dog is near. We'll also take treats for when she's good. I'll let you know how she does in the morning xx

Boston sorry to hear that, what a nightmare, hope another buyer comes along soon.

Shell, kdean and Michelle, in fact all those with LO's who are being PITAs I think it may be the weather aswell, just seems most kids are having screaming matches at the minute, mine included. Possibly illness involved too, my LO has a soaring temperature, sore throat and being sick, some kids have the same sypmtoms locally some with the poops on top or instead of one of them, same as my DS1 was last week. Friends in several areas inc very far away from me have been poorly too. Actually following a screaming match because he said he felt better and Dad said 'No you're not coming with me' suddenly he was poorly again and fell asleep on the sofa, hmmm don't think he was better full stop just wanted to go. Oh poohbear that goes for you too, hope your 'kids' aren't driving you completely barmy.

chivas welcome, hope you fine this helpful

Louise with cupboards I have 11 and they aren't the most organised but the basics of mine are -
1 for baking sheets, tins etc which I usually manage to get the SC in too when not in use
1 for storage, plastic tubs etc, plastic plates, serving plates (lids off tubs in the largest tub)
1 for cups, mugs, glasses etc
1 for casserole dishes, pyrex dishes, mixing bowls etc on one shelf, plates, bowls etc on the other
3 baking cupboards for ingredients inc flour, sugar etc pasta in there aswell
1 for tea, coffee, biscuits etc
1 huge pantry for all tins, jars etc
2 under sink for cleaning stuff, cloths, first aid stuff, medicines etc
Tomorrows list is now up, I've had an hours sleep and feel a bit better, must get some more assignment done and make a start on the sitting room at least. Still barely touched it.

Wonder if this might help you http://organizedhome.com/content-49.html
One day I might be more organised...........

Sorry to hear your news Boston. That is so dissapointing. Hope you find a new buyer soon and things work out better.

Well .... I survived my first day in my new job (half day to be exact) and managed to come home and still get through most of my Flylady chores.

Pat on back for Muppet :D:D:D

The trouble is it is a bit like my first ever day at school. I still remember it, the big build up and the day at school then the awful realisation that I actually had to go back every day

Must get into a proper Flylady routine now I am back as a wage slave. Must not let things slide ... must not .....must not.....must not ......etc etc

I did not want to hear that Poohbear59!! - not after DS2 threw major tantrum in the supermarket (lets bite Mummy in the back of the knee and hurl the trolley into a passerby) to be closely followed by DS1 rediscovering the joys of throwing a wobbler. I've kind of been hanging on to the vain hope that by the time they are 18 they will have settled down and sorted out their sibling rivalry...

DSs are having a heated discussion as I write. When they get to 18 they (if you are lucky) go off to uni. Then they return every holiday for free bed and board. They are really great fun and get along most of the time but we have too much testosterone in the house at the moment.
It seems like a lot of the littlies are being fractious too. When I was teaching we always hated windy days or days when a storm was brewing because the behaviour of the kids was really wierd, either really hyped up or niggly. I taught 11-18 year olds.

Good luck folks, it really does get better.
