That said, I can see how my post looks harsh! I hope you appreciate what I am trying to say. Its also worth remembering that a lot of people with depression can also suffer from paranoia and dellusions. I know I've suffered with both in the past, and that did make me a very difficult person to deal with, as some of you are aware I'm sure. Hopefully that doesn't mean that I'm a bad person or am less valued here.

I had a low last night, which was a bit annoying. Lows always seem worse when there have been good times. Not pleased with my behaviour - relapsed in one area. Still sober though, thats about the only thing I'm clinging on to!
