Depression Support Thread

week

Well gang reporting in on my "work " I did today. I dismantled my daughters bed(one of those sofa beds with a bed on top and a sofa bed(double bed) below. I built 2 double wardrobes and a bedside set of drawers. The house looks worse than ever but its a start to doing something I have been talking about for a year. I need to do it as fast as I can while my mood is high! Stopping now till tomorrow, really tired. Going to watch some telly and have some cheesecake.

I was meant to see a friend today but I got myself very overtired after seeing two films last night and also I had managed to get myself a sore throat as well so had the day indoors,I did go out though for a bit

My friend was disappointed but I didnt want to go and pass it on to him and his mum

Seriously, Shaz and Gem.. neither of you have anything to be sorry for..you're both lovely people and I'm very glad to know you both xx

I'm sorry I'm not around more.. it's just hard to know what to say sometimes when I don't spend enough time here anymore to get to know you all properly and therefore know how to respond without putting my foot in it Doesn't mean I don't care about you all cos I do :grouphug: This thread has got me through some pretty tough times in the past and I'm not sure where I'd have been without it.

Thanks Ethel,that means a lot,i did not want to cause any trouble on here and with hindsight maybe i should not have responded to a couple of posts but i feel i should have the right to defend myself.
Hows you? how are your children at the moment? I know some of us take time out now and again but it is nice to have an update once in a while.

The kids are doing pretty well at the moment, thankfully. They've both promised to turn down the stress levels til after I've had my op and hopefully they'll keep to that. I'm ok.. just veering between scared to death and terrified Never had a REAL operation before, lol but I know it will be ok really
