So many newbies. Hi to you all xxx
Good luck RBK.
I can see their concerns - we all live in a H&S world - but I'm sure it will sort itself out and hopefully soon xx
Well done on you girl's and your exercise. I'm a bloke so I don't have to do any. But of course I'll die young though.
Damn. Cuff button's fallen off my shirt. It's flapping now. I'm sick of shirt buttons. Why can't I buy a buttoneer like in the 70s?
I've started buying shirts that double as useable with cufflinks. But they scrape on the desk when I'm typing. Grrrrrrr
It takes me an hour to wade through the email debates when I get into work in the morning. They all log on at home and argue into the night but that's a habit I do not want to catch. I'm in the lull before a meeting at the mo.
I hope you are all doing Ok and I'm sure chelsea fans are a bit happier today.
Hugs and hope to you all
xxxGirls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.
I would rather drown with you than watch the surf with someone else0 -

a rule cure for depression. reading about a doctor who has converted to traditional medical ways and noticed that exercise - preferably one that is sociable - will help people see the other side of things. hope that helps!0

I don't know why I don't like it, but it makes me feel so nervous.Good luck, I find humming along to the radio helps keep my mind off anything whilst I'm in the chair, much to my old dentist's amusement. They played, 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life'. I also clutch my turquoise crystal.
Is turquoise a good stone for nerves, or is it just one you like? I think its pretty, I like carnelian too. I know it was one I was well suited too, but my books and stones are packed away and I haven't touched them for a few years now.I wish I was going to see my dentist - he's rather dishy :blushing::rotfl:
Only you bizzybek...! :rotfl:
Thanks for all you luck-it wasn't too bad and she was pleased that my teeth are in better shape than last time. Sadly I need 2 fillings, some xrays and a hygenist appointment which will cost £208! I have until March to save up thankfully.:heartpuls:heartpuls

omg your not wrong, i couldnt walk up the stairs today, and bending down, forget that :rotfl:But silly me stil went to the gym this evening.
good luck with your tae bo tomorrow, your class sounds alot better, there were loads of young fit women in my class, grrrr lol
Oh i seen my psychiatrist, and i musta either said something or she must be happy coz she doesnt wanna see me for 3 months, good riddance i say, she doesnt help anyway!!!!
Yeah spinning tomorrow, ooo cycling, thats probably what im best at, when i was younger my dad wanted me to compete on a professinal level at cycling, hard to think i was actually that fit, but once upon a time i was. Used to do atheletics to after school, and i onced played for a womens football team
I could be better atm tbh
how r u? does your oh come home this weekend?
hope your ok
huggles
xxxx
Glad you've got away from that psychiatrist for a while-she didn't sound very pleasant. Did you say all that stuff to her that you planned to?
Its probably better that you did go to the gym again-your muscles heal better if you carry on using them, or so my instructor tells me! I was just being lazy-I saw my excuse and grabbed it with both hands!
Wow about the professional cycling-I was never into anything remotely exercise like in school, its only recently I've got into it!
I'm doing ok at the moment, same as ever really. Just waiting for OHs course to finish. Once hes done this one he has an assessment and if he passes that then hopefully we'll be able to live together for his next posting. He might be home this weekend, its all up in the air at the moment because usually the army supply him with a ticket, but they won't this week. I'm sure we'll sort it out.
I hope you feel better soon rose (((HUGS))) to you and PM me if you want to.

Somehow spent the night drinking, smoking things, and driving too fast. Well, I wasn't driving. Does that still make it naughty? have lost half a stone, so can't eat too much, but am hungry.
Maybe a little naughty, but not nearly as bad as if you'd been driving...
Well done with the weight lose-I hope to be able to say the same soon.

Hello all
RBK - Im sorry your work place did thatI hope you manage to get some help to kick their bums! They had no right to judge you like that, they arent doctors. Chin up, boobs out and keep smiling
Cat - Eek another one lol will have to change my nameWelcome to the board
Gill - Like mentioned earlier NHS direct would be helpful for advice also MIND, I think it is. Not quite sure, but its a chat line regarding mental health and they might be able to give advice also.
Meyore - Aches after exercise suck! Have you been walking round like hitler as it hurts to bend your legs?
Rose - Hello, Sads is a seasonal affective disorder, which basically means that when the seasons change it affects the person quite badly. This is usually in the winter months. My Dr has mentioned SADs to me a lot, as has my family. Im generally low all year round but in the winter I want to hibenate and suffer from general ill health more. There are some aids you can use to help with sads such as a special light that acts like sunlight and helps raise the mood a little. Im probably not great at explaining, but there is information on SADs on netdoctor.co.uk
I also dont find psychiatrists etc work well for me either. I prefer to be left alone in my own space. I dont have to go back for 2 months - yey!
Shaz - I hope you feel better, if not kick your ex in the b****No Im kidding, very weird mood tonight sorry.
Juno - Did you have a good evening? Congrats on the weight lose
Sorry for weird and random messages, not feeling myself so feel free to ignore!
Catherine
I hope you're ok today.
