I had problems with medication too Dawnylou. Unfortunately, some people have to try a few before they find the one that works for them. I've tried four different types on six occasions. I've found the one for me now - although I'm not sure if its doing much other than reduce my appetite, but I'm happy with that!

I'm here in my pajamas too, rather nice ones apart from the bleached bits. I should clean in the nude, I'm forever getting bleach spots on my jammies!

I'm plodding along, doing alright. Had a 'wobbly' day the other day, but did the sensible thing and phoned someone to talk it over, instead of doing what I'd rather do - drink/smoke/cut/eat.

Keep posting, hopefully things will improve for you soon xx

thanks for hugs, he has phoned me, and i was going to go over and bring him home for the night, but as the other lad has been arrested and also excluded from school for a week, daniel wants to stay in school, they spoil him rotten and take him on trips everyday, bowling, horseriding, swimming etc.
so long as he is safe from other lad i feel more settled, and i can ring him whenever i like and he can ring me anytime after 3. he's happy now and thats the main thing
    big hugs

Right, off to pick up MIL and go to exercise class. Cardio-tone tonight, so it should use up some of the anger I'm feeling.

    Chat later

Have been in my pajamas again all day today, my sleep patterns have not improved at all and didn't get to sleep until 4am.

Supposed to be applying for jobs....because my husband wants me to....but don't feel motivated in the slightest.

    *hugs for everyone*

    :hello: Everyone,

Had a good day, went to club, then went to my friends house, she and the family have got this rotten sickness bug thats going round at the moment so chatted for less than a minute then I went back home,we are meeting up again when she feels better :) She did say next Tuesday but I said I will contact her which will be better in case they are all still not well,I just said I hoped they all got well soon and I had a bath and washed my hair after being out in the rain and I had my waterproof mac on too and now I am in my pjs and dressing gown for the night :)

    *hugs* to everyone

    love and light,

  • Seems that pj's are the order of the day. Stayed in mine till about 2.30, then had to get some shopping for mum and visit. Back by 6 and back in pj's again.

its weird how food seems to be a bit of a barometer to our moods. If I'm having a bad time, I don't want to eat, but I have a friend who is the oppposite and eats loads ..sort of comfort eating. I've lost a lot of weight this past year and I don't look better for it I know.

Seems there are lots of people struggling here at the mo. Thank you to those of you who PM'd me the last couple of days...even tho you're not in a good place yourself. RBK, you have sounded so low, but you have so much to give..thats obvious from your posts. Hope you can realise your worth.

And Miro, you always give such wonderful advice to everyone, just hope you can find something to help you feel slightly more positive. I appreciate you have been through so much sadness in your life. I have heard so many people talk about being ugly...but I really really don't think that anyone is ugly...apart from an ugly personality. Look at Simon Weston..the man who suffered those horrific burns in the falklands. He met and married his wife, after his injuries. His partner saw beneath his appearance and fell in love with the beautiful person that he was. We're all thinking of you and wishing you strength.

Shaz, that's horrible to hear about your son getting attacked...glad he seems ok and I'm sure he'll be getting extra special attention tonight from everyone.

Katie, your posts are so uplifting to read..do feel a bit envious sometimes cos you always sound so upbeat and you seem to find pleasure in the simplest things. It's lovely to read.

Hope Tiff is ok, have missed her.

Wish the NHS could give out magic wands on prescription...wouldn't that be wonderful?

Back in work tomorrow, think thurs is my next day off, so I need to try and sleep a bit better. I have to 'give' so much in my job...it's really difficult when i don't feel ok in myself. Often wish on bad days I could just sit behind a desk and keep myself to myself. Anyway, have realised I would be lost without having a place to come and post...and read how others are getting on. So thank you to all of you x

It does make me feel good, but most of the time I have to force myself to go in the first place! It is worth it though :j

How are you doing at the moment?
