If you are lucky you can catch a crisp cold day - we went for a walk on Saturday night and the canal was frozen up - it was funny throwing sticks on the ice, and it didn't break.

You can keep this bl**dy boring wind and rain - it sucks:mad:
It makes the days so dark

Maybe it's time you got a breadmaker - it is much nicer but the plastic stuff is good for toasties.
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:

Aw QWB....I tried to find a special hug just for you:o ...but you'll have to have a virtual Mumma bear hug for now:p

Hey..Spike!...I'll hold your coat while you sort'em out; they will be just like runny custard once they've had "The Look" off Mumma so bring a big bowl:D

Seriously tho guys.......is it so clever to be vindictive to another human being? The majority of folk who use MSE are all adult enough to accept that there are always several view-points; they can read a post that is in complete contrast to their own opinion, but are willing to let the opposition have an equal say. No-one is asking you to take sides or change the way you think, so why by nasty to each other?

    OK. Lecture over.

Whoever bothers to read my posts, & whatever you think of me, I still wish you Peaceful Minds. BMFx

Well, I'm at the point where I'm finding it difficult to keep my eyes open. Went to bed at 9.45pm last night and slept the clock round!

I feel tired after having such an emotional day yesterday but relieved he is out at work. I know I am going to have to leave this house, it's a rental etc and going to having building work next door sometime, but don't know where to go (not your problem I know). Today is quiet

Yes it was, we went there on the way home from the airport on Boxing Day and stuffed ourselves and it got the approval from our Chinese food loving son.

Yes Denny is rather depressing like so many central Scottish places - Linlithgow is one of the prettiest but full of boring, snotty people. Edinburgh is better but too expensive and all flats near the centre = noise

feeling ok i guess, glad the weekend is over and the kids are back at school. just seen my counsillor and she is going to make some phone calls to see if she can sort some after school care for my son, so i can go on a structured learning course at a local day centre. finding child care for a 12 yr old with mental health probs is so difficult, been trying for ages.
know what you mean about feeling tired after an emotional weekend i feel in the same boat, am looking forward to an early night and hopefully no tears night.
would you like to stay in the same area as you are in now, or are you looking to start somewhere new?
    big hugs

That must be a challenge having a 12 year old with problems - it is hard enough any child getting the right care.

Yes it must be a relief during the day for you

Just popping in for a quick hello which hopes finds everyone as well as can be.

Apologies for not wanting to be around at the moment, I really cannot face anything.

I was close to just ending it all on Friday because i've had enough of it all and just don't have the strength anymore. Flatmate is useless, saying it'll get better and then getting moody with me when i'm not all joking around etc etc. Add to that she has to be the centre of attention and her breaking of a nail/Big Brother/dancing on ice etc etc is far more important than me in distress. It's not like I ever ask for anything as i'm used to relying solely on myself, so when I get really down and made to feel unimportant, it's liek a kick in the teeth even further.

Literally zero support, estranged family have NO idea and even if they did, it would be a 'pull yourself together' attitude, counselling finished before Christmas as the person counselling finished and I had the option for another counsellor, but was being pushed away from that option, so I was clearly wasting a valuable space, just like I have my whole life I suppose and CPN is hopeless as is my GP surgery, so nothing at all. Everyone else I know either has no idea or is a 'fair weather' person - someone who wants to know the good bits, but when I struggle avoids me. However when they struggle, i'm expected to give them my undivided attention, so I really cannot be bothered to go on with life anymore.

All I leave is a trail of disaster and like I've said before, someone else who died too young could have made a much better go with their life.

The saying the face doesn't fit, is rather apt here. I look at myself in the mirror and firmly believe i'm the ugliest bloke to ever walk the face of the earth. Born a mistake, live(?) a mistake, dying won't be a mistake.

I hope this post doesn't get anybody down, it's not my intent.

I don't know anybody here personally and never will, but everybody who posts gives and everybody should be grateful for MSE allowing this thread to exist as I know in the past, it has helped me when nothing else has wanted too.

You all deserve better and I firmly believe you will all find better, so unlike me, don't give up because I know each and every one of you can achieve whatever you want to achieve.
