    :A

This is a quick hi and goodbye as I am late for a meeting (meat tin).
Sending waves of love and luck over to Sazzy today.
Hugs and handshakes to the rest.

Girls are gonna love the way I toss my hair. Boys are gonna hate the way I seem.

I would rather drown with you than watch the surf with someone else

It's relaunch day today!! :j  After 12 months of blood, sweat and tears (mostly mine, I think!:D) we are finally at the big day. It's largely why I haven't been able to spend so much time on here, but thanks to everyone for their support.

    And wish me luck!

    Have a good day everyone.

    Much love,

I have got the Strictly Dancercise dvd waiting (weighting!) to be put on. But also noticed for 99p a pop there's exercise programs on my BT Vision 'On Demand' service - that may be fun to do one of those as a change everynow and then.

Thought at the moment I am getting enough exercise around the hosue whilst Mum is laid up and I'm dog sitting next door!.

Good luck to all with work projects today.

Shaz - hope the reiki proves relaxing :)

  • Hi everyone

Had my appt with the psych this morning. What a waste of time, the man's a fool . I told him everything I was able to, but all he wanted was to make me go back on meds, which I refused to do. I gave them 4 years and they didn't work, why would they suddenly start now?

Urges to cut are huge. I think i'll be going back to work tomorrow. I missed the start of term Monday. I'm so anxious about it.

Hope you're all looking after yourselves out there

    Luv Jen x

    Hi all

Hope you have all had good days or if not at least better days than yesterday. I went into work today - it was ok except that we were kept waiting until the folks arrived from London but at least we had free tea/coffee and biscuits instead of doing without like on Monday. This new job is interesting but I still have my reservations about it - in fact all of us pointed out that we thought the company was dodgy - I shall stick out the work trial before I commit to anything. We were given our projects today as well 1) to sell Chinese art and 2) to develop a communications system between the new Birmingham office and the London one (they are hopeless at communication!!). Already, I have started work trying to find a suitable gallery that is neither too big nor too small, that is wheelchair accessible and I think I have found one and spoke to the owner today about the cost for hiring it. I am starting to feel quite excited about the job if truth be known:D

I also earned some free money today by agreeing to take part in a washing powder survey - and so I got given a free fiver as well as a bar of chocolate.

I actually feel positive today which is something that I haven't felt for a long time - in fact the last time I felt positive was in December 06. I had so many kicks in the teeth last year because of a bullying boss and my employer's inability to actually deal with the problem - I started to question my sanity, plus the additional stress exacerbated my eye condition resulting in yet more surgery. Hey ho, onwards and upwards.

Will go and read some posts and will be back laters.

    Hugs to all
