Hi guys.. :hello:
Sorry I've been more noticeable for my absence than anything else lately but it's been a very trying few weeks.
My son is still in hospital, although he came home for the day yesterday.. no idea how long he'll be home for christmas if all allThe upshot is that because he's been hospitalised in life threatening condition twice in 6 weeks I must be not caring for him properly so consideration is being given to sending somewhere else to live. The place they're talking about is at the other end of the country and I don't drive so how the fcuk I'm supposed to visit him and he visit us is a mystery, as well as the fact that I can't see how taking him away from his family and friends would be good for him in any way, shape or form
Bear in mind that he's almost 16 and the only way I could keep an eye on him in the way they expect is if I wrapped him in clingfilm and kept him with me 24/7. It's pretty much one consultant who is of that opinion, the others are more realistic but she's the one with most influence unfortunately.
My daughter is doing well, although she is very upset about her brother and misses him terribly, she's not allowed to visit him because she's a patient in a mental health unit.. bureaucracy is stupid!
My student loan finally came through 3 months late so at least we've got some money but now the bank are being awkward and investigating unusual activity on my account so they're declining all my transactions :mad: I know they're being careful but the only reason for all the transactions is because of all the bills I've had to pay up to date and a bit of shopping!
There's been one piece of really really good news........ I've been awarded a scholarship of £10k pa to help further my studies:D:D:D:D
Hope you're all ok..
much love and lots of huggs xxxxxxxx☆ §ügÅr cØÅTëÐ pØï§Øn ☆

Dad...so many images come to mind
whenever I speak your name;
It seems without you in my life
things have never been the same.
What happened to those lazy days
when I was just a child;
When my life was consumed in you
in your love, and in your smile.
What happened to all those times
when I always looked to you;
No matter what happened in my life
you could make my gray skies blue.
Dad, some days I hear your voice
and turn to see your face;
Yet in my turning...it seems
the sound has been erased.
Dad, who will I turn to for answers
when life does not make sense;
Who will be there to hold me close
when the pieces just don't fit.
Oh, Dad, if I could turn back time
and once more hear your voice;
I'd tell you that out of all the dads
you would still be my choice.
Please always know I love you
and no one can take your place;
Years may come and go
but your memory will never be erased.
Today, Jesus, as You are listening
in your home above;
Would you go and find my dad
and give him all my love.

The sun came up this morning;
It wasn't very bright.
My dark mood casts a shadow;
It's hard to see the light.
We all have just one mother
And, now that her life on earth is done,
The emptiness and loss I feel
Make it hard to see the sun.
Tomorrow is a brand new day;
May the pain and sadness lighten.
I will remember all her love,
And then the sky will brighten.
Gone is not forgotten;
Her love reminds behind;
She's traveled in a new direction -
Love knows no space or time.
I will always love her.
She will care for me from above.
She will send me starlight and rainbows
To remind me of her love.

Lovely poems QB,How are you?0 -
Thank you all for the welcome.
I read the poems and they are truly lovely have printed them off and will keep them.
You are all so kind and I feel awful as I know there are so many more of you peeps suffering worse than me.
Once again thanks for the welcome and I am going to make an appt with GP.
Just a small question but I have been on my current medication for 3 months since the breakdown and felt that they had started to work. Is it usual for medication to all of a sudden stop working as well? Or could it just be that I have (for various reasons) hit a down spot again? I know I need to speak to my GP but just wondered if anyone else had experienced anything similar.
)))))))))))))))))HUGS)))))))))))))) And thanks for the lovely welcome.
