No such luck :( Another terrible night. Awoke around 2.30am and was just tossing and turning so read a magazine and then tried again a bit later. Got back off eventually.
The problem seems to be that when I wake up there are loads of things all buzzing around in my head and I can't make it stop!
    :(

Impy - why don't you try my new diet?
    I am enjoying it!

    Ceareal or crumpets for brekkie
Onions, tomatoes, sweetcorn, olives, peppers roasted in olive oil for lunch.
Then a simple healthey tea such as baked potato.

I must admit I do not have the foggiest when it comes to calories - how many you need - how many are in the things I eat etc - but at least I am getting a lot of goodness from the foods I am eating (hopefully! lol) and I can't imagine that my calorie intake is too high?

Thank you to all you lovely people who replied to me.

Ah, didn't know about that body storing fat thingy...crap.

I was really happy and a bit triumphant because I held on today, I only had 185 calories and I did a 3 mile walk.

I guess I need to take a recount. My boyfriend now knows something is up, because he found a pregnancy test ( I haven't had a period since July), and I don't know what to say to him. (We haven't, well, ahem, since May).

I also feel crap because whenever I get like this, I can just hear my mum's voice saying:

"No-one cares about your problems, people your age don't have them"

    OR

"I don't want a child telling me they've had a nervous breakdown, that's just blackmail" (I was 23 at the time and had just come out of hospital for that very thing).

    Impy,
That is no way to diet girlie - 185 calories!!! xxx
I hate counting calories or learning complicated rules.
But we all really know what is good and bad for us.
Grilled turkey or a kfc? chocolate bar or a banana?
Just try eating sensibly. And set yourself a time period rather than a weight target. Then you can prepare yourself for that time rather than having a bad week and giving up.
IMO no-one your weight can look bad anyway xxx

    As for your other problems.
Everyone is of equal value and has just as much right to be heard.
    Good luck

  • hi all,
been to hosp with ds for ultrasound scan, all was normal, which was good news but we are no nearer solving whats up.was called growing pains in my day, but they have to have a special name for everything now, dont they?
dh came back from hosp yesday....at this rate well be getting a season ticket for the place!!!.......dh will have to have a liver biopsy cos they think somethings wrong, he has too much iron in his blood and if its left, it has a very bad effect on his vital organs,
so its all going on here.....and we are all being sick in a family bonding way.so im a bit stressed with the unknown diagnosis of it all so the humour has to kick in as my coping mechanism.dh is being a typical man (sorry all my male mates on here...look away now.x)he always says as little as poss and says im nagging cos im concerned.
i do abit, cos im the type who wants to know all the details....like if i had bad cancer,id be one of those who wanted to know. iykwim.the trouble with dh is he has to be dying before he will take a painkiller, or seek medical advice.im sure he thinks that if he ignores it ,it will go away.which is fine for the trivial stuff like headaches, but not for the life threatening stuff.
charlie dane is fine...so 1 out of 4 aint bad i suppose!!!!
hope you are all doing as good as you can.
    ttfn.love ilgd xx
People bring great joy into our lives..some by arriving, others by leaving.im trying to be one of the former, so please bear with :)

    Had a crap day today

The postie bent a letter that said 'Do Not Bend' in big letters. In the great scheme of things it isn't the end of the world but I do hate stupid people. I have had my mail delivered correctly for as long as I can remember. It would have be easier to have delivered it properly.

I have end of holiday blues big time and want to leave this house, the area and my OH. It isn't as nice in winter/dark and the place is full of boring farts or inbred rednecks (the man at the airport was certainly one by the way he tried to humiliate me in public on a bus). My OH had an argument in Tesco about the price of red onions and he feels the same way about where we are.
