    :hello: Everyone,

Hope you are all ok :) I am fine,I am seeing my pyscologist today at 11am:eek: I find the sessions so hard and hope that I dont get in the state I was last time she came.

SF: Sorry to hear you didnt sleep well last night but glad you got to sleep in the end, there is nothing worse that you cant sleep and when you want to,you feel so frustrated dont you.I was worried about something the other night and hardly slept so last night I managed to have a good sleep after deciding on a situation I had to do and it was for the best in the end because I didnt want to feel ill over it.

I am off to my parents today for lunch as usual and I might even attempt to make some nice christmas cards this afternoon if I feel crafty enough :rotfl:

    Have a lovely day everyone

*hugs* to those that need one especially Ethel, hope things are getting easier and that your son is feeling a bit better now :)

Ethel: You are a great mother to your son and daughter just remember that ok?

    love and light,

    Hi guys!:hello:
I hope everyone's as well as they can be this morning.

We need to prepare for the winter guys!
I've got chilled, pale blue skies and sunshine outside. The grass is bending, saturated in morning dew, and there's still a heavy mist hanging out there. It won't be long before that dew turns to frost. Time to start buying those sexy thermal long-johns, peeps!:p
I'm taking precautions until my winter coat has fully grown in!:D

It's been a rough time for so many of our friends here, now and over recent weeks. It's more than understandable if they feel they can't post right now. Wherever you are guys, we're thinking of you all and looking forward to hearing from you.grouphug.gif
Extra Tiffy hug rations then this morning to ethel, sazzy, rosie, dawny, sf, gilly, bmf and miro. hug.gifhug.gifhug.gif
And of course, as always, Tiffy hugs for anyone who needs them and to the rest of the clan.hug.gif

As you may have noticed - and been grateful for!:p - there has been a distinct slowing down of Tiffiness on the thread lately.
I've been run off my feet tbh, and it's been a bit of tough going with one thing and another.:o I won't go into it now because I've got to go out today () and I don't want my face to look the colour & shape of a whooppee cushion due to crying too much, before I go. :D
Besides, Tiffs always land on their feet!;)
So guys, I'm not deliberately leaving anyone out or not caring, ok?
Here's hoping this turns out to be a good Purrsday () for us all.;) hug.gif
    Much Love,
    Tiff xxx

I should hopefully get the appointment date for my pyschairist appointment today. The occupational therapist said they'd speed it up due to the self-harming. I just feel bad that I've told them again and again that I'm feeling like I'm going to give in and self-harm, but they wait for me to do it before they act :-/

Feeling wobbly today. Got to walk to and from the meeting tonight - 2.6 miles in total which is quite a lot - more than I'm used to really. Suppose it'll be good exercise and should hopefully help. Luckily its at night in the dark, which I'm much more comfortable with. I don't like walking in the daylight.

    Hows all today?

Its OH's leaving do tonight, so he isn't available to give me a lift. I'm going to my AA meeting, and no matter how far away it is - I've got to go. If I'm lucky, there will be someone to give me a lift home.

I'm just worried about fridays in the future - the meeting is about 4 miles away and I've got no choice but to walk that. Its so hard not driving.

Are you feeling alright after your disturbed night? I've been having a lot of nightmares about my next-door neighbour lately, so I'm a bit tired still.

I never bothered learning when I turned 17 as I was drunk all the time, so there was no point :rotfl:

I could learn now, but I don't think I'm 'stable' enough to be in control of a car - I might drive into a wall or something :rotfl:
