hi all,
sf and fg.....oh to be 20 again and know what i know now!!!!wish i was 20 as well......sadly im double and a bit more.i hould have learned to drive when i left skool and it was £3 a lesson.suppose thats one of my big life regrets....cos i cant afford it now.gives you so much freedom and you are never stuck if you feel like going off somewhere different.

Well the appointment with the Pyshologist went well,I wasnt in the state I was in last time thank goodness and I just talked and talked and she listened to me It was really a good session although I find it hard,I went to my parents home and put on my Lady Jane Dvd to find it played well on Dads Dvd Player,It now belongs to my Dad as I wasnt so keen on it after all but might try again later in the future.I am getting a new Dvd Player as Dad reckons its on its last legs the one I have at the moment as its 5 years old,so hes ordered me one on Empiredirect.co.uk and I have paid him for the Dvd Player already.Its a lovely slimline one and I cant wait to get it.

I am having a relaxing evening tonight as well All I know is I wish I were in my 20s again as I remember them well :rotfl: Its too late now to make christmas cards so saving them to do next week I think as college is off

G'morning everyone

Bit of an update.. my son has been moved to a convalescent place to recharge his batteries and while he's there he'll be assessed so that his needs in terms of counselling etc can be met in the community and he can be home with me. Took him there last night and it's a beautiful place, one of those old stately homes set in lots of grounds and his room.... O M G I was like :eek: sooo beautiful and luxurious, with a view over the grounds. I wouldn't mind staying there meself!

As for me, I don't think I've ever been so tired in my entire life and I'm way behind on my uni work so I'm going to spend at least part of the day doing some catching up on that and some housework.. not a single cup has been washed since monday and...... I'm going to make a proper cooked dinner, I've been living on snack foods all week and I'm really feeling the effects of such poor nutrition, pity it hasn't had any effect on my waistline tho.

Meanwhile, daughter cut herself badly enough to need stitches on wednesday night but no one told me about it til yesterday so I feel bad that I wasn't there when she needed me even tho there's no way I could have been in two hospitals 15 miles apart at the same time in the middle of the night with no car, and apparently she's very very upset about her brother although she's very chirpy when she talks to me on the phone.

Gawd why does everything have to be so hard?

Ethel: your sons convalescent place sounds wonderful from the way you described it,Hope the rest does him the world of good before he returns home.I dont know why things have to be so hard but we have to muddle through the hard times and gradually they will get easier
