No more diazepam :( Not sure what I'll do with out that. I'm going to try and get through today without drinking/self-harming/overeating. Thats all I can do. I don't feel that I'm able to though.

Not allowed to cut my antidepressant dose down :(

Not able to speed my referal up :(

I've got to try and persuade OH to go to relate with me.

feelinggood, I'm so sorry that you're feeling so down. ((HUG)) 10 months without self harming is a hell of an achievement, and so one little slip up isn't the end of the world - you've managed to go so long without it and you can do again. You can do this, we're all behind you.
Try not to drink either - you are, again, doing so well without it. Just focus on getting through today, and yes, try and presuade your OH to go to relate with you, this may help in the long run.
    Sending massive ((HUGS)) your way.

    Hi miro!:hello:

Hi Tiff! You wanna go for a ride? (Sure Miro!) I'm a barbie girl.....;)

    How are you today angel?

I'm a little down today. Alot of walking & counselling and then watched and taped a Britney program about the last 12 months, which just confirmed she's not at all well. She's the kinda girl I usually try and help - I guess i'm attracted to helping :o How are you Tiff?

It's good to see you enjoying some things hun :T, even if they are britney related.
I'll try & see where you are on the list to get cured of this britney fixation - then it'll be straight down to the vets for ''the operation'' for you, young man! ;)

    Not the vets     And what do you mean even Britney related

Thanks for the kind words miro, but what I said is true.
I may seem to be sensible, confused.gif,

    - how long have you been reading my posts miro?!!! :D-

but it's just that we're all at different points and for example, what I can't see, someone else can see.
    This thread helps me.;)

Sensible Tiff :D I assure you I don't see much :rotfl:

You mean she'd tell you they were smarties!!! eyebrows.giflol.gif

    I wondered why she insisted I have the red ones  :o

    You too hun - don't be a stranger ok?hug.gif

    Morning!
Autumn sun is beginning to peek over next door's fence...I love all the seasons for different reasons. It's the colours of autumn & the crisp, weak sunshine; snuggling up in a big jumper on a winter's evening; the world waking after it's hibernation in spring & the glorious sunrise & sunset of summer....old softie innt I?:o

Miro, I've just counted up & it's just over 10 weeks till christmas:eek: I have no idea what to get for folks, but luckily we decided a couple of years ago we decided as a family,to limit gifts to £20 per person. It has worked quite well, & for my part helps to alieviate the guilt of not being able to provide all I would like to the offspring:o We're mulling over the 'secret santa' idea of picking a name out of a hat & spending £80 on that one person--so instead of getting 4x£20 jumpers, you could get a car stereo or decent jacket, but it would still be from all of us.

I'm an awful mum, cuz I've never given the offspring individual advent calendars; but even now they are in their twenties, we have the ritual parading of the chocolate each evening once they've opened their window:rotfl: One year, I thought I'd better get a 'grown up' calendar & it was one of those with the weenie mars & bounty etc.....I've gone back to the chocolate disc type tho, cuz one poor child got all the less palatable chocs & was most displeased!

Hope today brings you something good, my friends.

10 weeks  I'm well under way though, possibly about half way through the presents. Most of them are for people I don't really want to give presents too, but if I don't there will be earache:o So it's cheap and cheerful for them. My flatmate can have more expensive though. Personally I don't care what I get, but what I do get, i'd prefer Britney related :T

    Advent calendars! Now that's one thing I don't have...........yet :D

Anyone got any tips on how to make time go faster? I think I might just go back to bed.

Anything you enjoy doing that is easily accessible, especially at home?

Hi Miro:hello: I don't know if you are into slogan t-shirts but i spotted a "leave Britney alone" one on chargrilled .co.uk

    geminilady

Thanks for the site info. I looked at it and can even design my own slogan. :T

I'm not a slogan person though really, I don't think many people even know I like Britney let alone adore her, as i'm very private away from here. My flatmate only knows as she lives with me (Flatmate, not Britney...yet ;) ) and has to put up with all my Britney stuff everywhere :o

Maybe I could get one........'Britney's Plaything' :rotfl: ;) :T
