rose...watched your video, that was the song i had wrote the words for in my earlier post.how strange is that???my fav song.i liked her version better than westlife as her voice suits the song better.thank you for that.i appreciate it.

Feelinggood - Well done its great looking back and seeing how far you have come isnt it. :T

Big mumma - When we had our lab a few years ago we took him to a training class and it was only him that was ever naughty lol. Embarassing isnt it but I am sure pup will be better behaved next week.

Well I made the move and went to see docs yesterday. Luckily I saw the most patient gp ever she was so good. I must of been in there nearly 30 mins and she took time to read my list and talk to me about how I was feeling and explaining why the panics occur. She said to do with seratonin in the brain but cant remember if she said produces too much or not enough and causes that overwhelming fear all the time. She diagnosed me as having bad anxiety with a small amount of depression and has given me 10mg of citalopram to take and said will be on for min 4-6 months. Gotta go back in 2 weeks and I have got books on prescription to go and take to library for 2 self help books and counselling will be through in about 10 weeks. I feel better now I have sought help and my hubby is so supportive too.

I keep having waves of sickness pass over me this morning but think thats to do with the tab.

Been doing preparation for the holiday but why do the annoying jobs crop up that HAVE to be done now?, it is casting a shadow on the holiday:(

A couple of months ago, our son was beaten up on Princes St, Edinburgh in broad daylight. We have got a witness citation thro the door, so assume he will be going to court about this. I hope it isn't while we are away. I am feeling quite shaky, never had experience about this sort of thing. It was a scrunched up note thro the door delivered by policemen.

He has a part time job now and starting to be more decent again.

I didnt have time to come on this morning to leave a post as I had to go to my church to help out I am fine,the morning was very busy,I took along my engraving art and scratched away at the pictures I have now done 5 of them and I feel very proud of what I have achieved

My appointment this afternoon with the specialist went well He was pleased with me and said I looked really happy and well which I am I take a Blue Smartie from the Jar which noone seems to be looking after I think Tiff is taking one of her catnaps again

I am off to watch tv soon as I am watching Torn at 9pm on ITV1
