Evening! Hope everyone had the sun--it's been a glorious day! I can say that with some authority cuz I've been sitting in it for most of the day:rotfl: Felt a bit of a prat holding up a golf umbrella so the dog wouldn't get sunstroke...but it was either that or take a turn with the carpet shampoo:D

((((((((HUGS))))))))to those who would like them---I too wish for a little human contact sometimes, other than from family, but not sexually either. It's knowing that someone cares who doesn't have to, & tonight I would like to be your cuddle buddy! There's room enough for everyone, so don't be shy.....

Is there anything I can do to help you folks who are feeling particularly low? I'm good at listening & offering my tuppence worth, but can't replace the Tiffin of course! Please don't feel you are alone with your darkness---I've got new batteries in my torch?

Hey, Andi. I don't know why you feel it's like a soap opera. You said earlier, you felt "beachy head low but slightly better today" and i for one am glad that you feel better today.

hi goodmorning everyone hope everyone well thank you for yesteerday just seem to swing from low to high has not been happening as much since starting the new tablets so its been throwing me a bit when it does.
Had some bad news last night a death in the family in not a nice way police involved has shaken me up a bit .found i coped better than i would have a few months ago but i think if husband was there when i was told (he was a work) i would have cry for england its funny how differant people can have effect on you .I dont mean it in a bad way he knows me too well.has really opened my eyes to how important the people are that i loved going to ring everyone today and tell them had long cuddle with husband and little girl last night did not want to let them go

Sorry to hear about your loss Pop. I hope you have some good support to help get you through the next few weeks....Sometimes I think I'm a little flippant in the way I tell my brood I luv'um, almost like an automatic response, but I do try to take a little time each day to be sincere with them.
Andy...I'm having a senior moment I'm afraid.. ..could you explain your thoughts in a little more detail for me? in a pm if you prefer....I have been cursed with always finding something to smile about, often with embarrassing concequences[too early to spell!], but there is never malicious intent to belittle a fellow's alternate opinion. If I have caused pain through my warped sense of humour, I can only apologise most unreservedly.:embarasse
