Starlight, MrsA is going to join WW. We are due to weigh in at SW tomorrow, and she will tell the new consultant that it's the end of the road for her.

She's worked out (thanks to you fantastic breakdown) that she will get 25 points to use. If a decent glass of WW wine is one point, she can fill her boots and still get by food wise. In this case I think it is a case of better the devil you don't know. Thank you again.

By the way - I would get 32 points to use, judging by your scale. If WW works for her, and I get all these extras, I may become a convert. Watch this space lol.

Brilliant, I bet she loves it. She might find these of interest from the other forum I use

http://www.minimins.com/weight-watchers/7197-sharing-favourites-new-discoveries.html (this one is all low point treats and things people have discovered)

http://www.minimins.com/weight-watchers/9655-chinese-takeaway-points-values.html (Points for Chinese Take Aways ;) )

Look forward to hearing how she gets on :)

    Morning All,

Many Thanks for all your advice, LL, Lubo and Ajax. It's kinda reassuring that I'm not just kidding myself... although I thought I sounded confident in the post...!

Anyways, weighed myself this morning and it's only a 2lb gain. Still not ideal, but far better than the additional 3lb on top of that!
Mind you, I think 2lb I slept off (like you Ajax... perhaps we fidget a lot in bed... ) but I think at least one lb was shed when a saw a huuuuuge spider climbing up the wall in the bedroom!
    And I mean BIG! Like, it wouldn't fit under a glass:eek: !
*shudder* It right put me off the end of 'Wire In The Blood' I can tell ya!

If I can do it, then surely anyone can :)

Suggs You really deserve to be so proud of yourself :T :T The difference is staggering. I find it hard to believe that you are still classed as obese  .

Stay with us here and we can all 'maintain' together :D

    Right! Morning Peeps:hello:

...(Got a bit side tracked - as I mentioned Suggs first I got first bags ;) on him; don't any of you try and go back and edit because I'll be able to tell :D )...

...anyway Well Done to Homealone for being SOTW :T and to all of you who have reached the July challenge. there is still a week left for those of us still struggling :o ...

...nottaggedsmiley14571as2.gif to beanie (well you did have a lovely holiday) and nottaggedsmiley14571as2.gifkatmad (not easy being at home and having you mum feed you up - we mums can't see our children go hungry) - Hopefully you'll both get in to the swing of things and next week you'll be losers too :D ...

...mushroom Think how miserable you were before you lost that 3 stone last year, and how good you'll feel, not only mentally but physically, when you lose another 2 stone :j We all hit bad patches but we have to struggle through, it is a long journey and not an easy one, intermittent rests are normal, but don't stop altogether because you'll regret it and have to start all over again  Stay with us here and share you good and bad times it will lighten the load :j ...
