Mornin' dude, you well?
I good thanks, Hope all ok with you. Worn out after the week, London on tuesday and an all day staff meeting on Thursday. Now looking at going to the rugby club to move some of the posts. Weather here isnt too bad.
I adding some jogging to my gym routine, 11 mins on the treadmill, 7min was a jog, 1min walk, then 3 min jog again. Total was 879 calories burnt once I had done 16mins on the cross trainer and 16mins on the bike. Went everyday Sunday to yesterday. But two days off now, Have my children this weekend and its MrsSuggs birthday tomorrowCooked a stir fry thai green curry last night the sauce was only 140 cals, found it with the other stir fry sauces 'blue dragon' make it. Had loads of rice with it though.
And yes you can have dibsI wouldnt dream of making an claim whatsoever to any of the lovely ladies on here

i cant i cant i must not! HELP!?
.....how did it go lilmissemmylou? I hope you had the chocolate, a balanced diet would happily accomodate a small amount of chocolate or any other treat. If a small treat focuses you mind for the bigger picture and keeps you good the next day then it's a small price to pay. Far batter to walk over a finish line than stumble and fall before you get there.0 -

.... sounds like hard work. Got a game this weekend? Wouldn't fancy being a forward in this mud - probably safer, but tough on the thighs I'd imagine?I adding some jogging to my gym routine, 11 mins on the treadmill, 7min was a jog, 1min walk, then 3 min jog again. i didnt, i had a corner yogurt. My problem is if i had the chocolate, i would just want more and more sugar, im a sugar junkie. Its a bit all or nothing with me tbh... still loads of flamen choccy up the stairs though, cant believe he bought so much knowing i dont want to be tempted and that he couldnt eat all of it in one weekend, its going to last him ages, meanwhile i keep think about it.... sods law ey? Stood on the scales this morning and seem to be down 5lbs or so from monday. If i stay at that for mondays proper weigh in ill be happy
a month to 2 months of weight loss on that kind of scale would have me back to where i want to be lol, but i know it wont be 5lbs every week. Going to stick a sheet up in the bathroom to write down each weeks weight loss to try and keep me spurred on0 -

Afternoon,
Quorn is appealing to me more and more. Although I am a meat eater I dislike veg unless I can mash it up with potatoes and potatoes, rice and pasta (plus baked beans), in any quantity, are sins on a SW red day. This seems like a good alternative for the odd days when I cook meals (and they are very odd days!!!). In fact one of the things I still need to discipline myself over is actually, physically, making and eating proper meals.
It doesn’t matter how many times I menu plan I never stick to it. OH eats his snap at work and isn’t hungry in the evening while I come home and I just laze. Then when I am hungry I go still go into ‘self destruck’ mode too often – and this is the biggest reason why I maintain too often.
I’m really planning on Quorn being my saviour. Shepherds pie, spag bol and absolutely any of the fillets that go with SW chips and mushy peas. In fact typing this up has just given me a huge ‘I will beat my bad eating habits’ lift.
Plus several weeks ago we decided that we (and when I say we I mean ‘I’) waste far too much food because I always shop for the menu plan but never stick to it so an amazing amount of food goes to waste. I decided to shop online for the cupboard, freezer and bathroom basics and go to the local farm shop for everything else I need fresh. Well the ‘not shopping at a supermarket’ is working but I haven’t signed up for an online account yet and the cupboards are looking pretty bare. I wish Morrisons did a delivery service they are by far my favourite supermarket L
K, now I’m going to play catch up from page 34.0
