... ooh ooh, I have one at home for cous cous cake if anyone fancies it? It tastes like bread and butter pudding and on SW is only 12 syns for the whole thing on a green day <bursts into chorus of American Idiot>.

    Morning Peeps :j

The cous cous cake recipe can be found in the Losing Weight Recipes thread, it's where the other one for chickpea cake is too. (Lois did put a link to it at the start of this thread but must admit I missed it there too :o - This is Lois... :wall: )...

... I wish I'd had beauty treatment too Victory I'm going to have my eyes tested this morning then going to have my passport photo taken, I think I've got it in the wrong order :rotfl: ...

    Morning guys,

Victory, I'd get my eyelashes dyed quite regularly at a beautician's and it lasts me a good 6 weeks. The difference it can make to your eyes and eyelashes can be dramatic so I'd say go for it - especially if you wear mascara on a regular basis.

Morning Ajax, Petrichor... am off to see a special showing of Harry Potter this morning, much too early for choccies etc. thank goodness the cinema doesn't sell tea and pastries.

    Lainie,

I've heard that omega 3 and 6 suppliments can help people with ADHD. Boots sell a suppliment for children that comes as a drink rather than a capsule. this is it.
It's called eyeq. If you can get someone to get it for you it's worth giving it a go.

Good luck with the appointment next week.

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: That's me all the time!

If anyone's doing SW be careful with my recipe for couscous cake - the syn values aren't right, as SW changed the syn values for couscous - it's free usually but if you use it as a substitute for flour it is synned. My syns bible is out of date, so I'm not sure how many syns it is.

Ajax - why not post your recipe on the Recipes thread? And can you let me know the new syn value for couscous please, and I'll edit my recipe.

Can I interest you in anything different as a stop-gap until I find the right book, either tomorrow or Monday? Ginger and orange saucy courgettes, perhaps?

    :rotfl: :rotfl:

Oh dear, you're all making me laugh this morning. Sorry, the thought of saucy courgettes had me laughing out loud... :rotfl:
