.... starlight, don't think like that. In my experience, it never happens when you try hardest, it happens the week after. That's not bulldust, it really does seem to happen, but then you will know that yourself if you are true to yourself. You CAN do it!! And what's the worst that can happen? 95 lbs? That would be an awful result wouldn't it? Come on, chin up, be extremely proud of yourself and soldier on.

Hold on I will just make the coffee and get settled in the chair. Another member for the Dare to Show Clubajaxgeezer wrote: ».... is Suggster settling in for an ogling session?
Don't get too excited boys! Not sure I am ready for that quite yet - and I am not sure I can find any photos of me at my biggest cos I wouldn't allow any to be taken and I wasn't clever enough to do what you two have done and take pictures of myself in the same place or in the same clothes along the way. Both of you look fantastic - the new picture of you suggs in your rugby shirt does look great. Rugby shirts don't automatically do it for me, but you look great (from a weight loss point of view of course). And Ajax, you too really look well. Neither of you look like you have much more to lose in these latest pictures. The boys have done good!0 -

Sorry but i think that the apostrophes in this post are very relevant. I think this suggests a goal weight far lower than is realistic. When I was at my thinnest 5 years ago, everyone I knew said (and still says) that I was too thin (despite me not thinking it!). This cahrt put me just inside normal weight (on the cusp of overweight). I guess it doesn't take into consideration your frame size but it still looks a bit on the low side.
And yes, ajax, I am 5'10 (so close to your 5'11) - tall and broad and never going to weigh what that chart tells me to!0 -

Kyle, please notice that Ajax said 'ideal' - personally I would've said 'you're having a bloody laugh'!! These charts can be v misleading and I believe need to be taken with a very large pinch of salt (no offence Ajax). Our weight depends on so many things, it's very hard for a one-size-fits-all answer to the 'ideal weight' question. So please don't get hung up on the chart, better to measure it by losing some weight and getting to a place where you feel is right for you, WHATEVER weight that might be.
If it helps, I've always been obese on these things, even back in the days before my illness when I was a gym bunny/marathon runner (muscle weighs more than fat), so just bear that in mind. The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Starlight, I can't really add much to Ajax's lovely post except to say keep going hun! I have had an awful week weightwise (put on everything I lost last week) so I know how you're feeling but it will come, keep believing that xx
