I don't know if anyone has answered this yet, but what I have is a booklet Your greatest gide to Calories and Fat it's an old one (2003) but I only use it for fresh fruit and veg so it doesn't matter. You have to get used to weighing your product, but you soon memorise such things as cals per ounce/100gms in a banana, apple, potato and such.
Hope it helps you but there are numerous databases online that you can access if you don't want to buy a book, but I find it handy to keep in the kitchen

Fab photo. :T .Am dashing out to by Mr BB a rugby kit right now.:smileyhea We've been together 5 years today.
Ajax: when I started 'walking out' with Mr BB it was wonderful to have doors opened for me etc etc (and still is). He's very gentlemanly. I don't feel remotely patronised by such behaviour or the term 'lady' (though I always have to look behind me to check it is me they are talking to :rotfl: ) and am quite happy with woman and girl. It's really nice to be respected and treated as special yet also to be considered both competent and equal. The 2 can easily go hand in hand.

Hi Lelc - do you like fruit at all? I usually munch on fruit when I get in from work and when I am giving DD her supper. It is sweet and fills the gap til dinner. Any use?
Thanks for the suggestions - its really appreciated. Don't you just wonder why you can't come up with these ideas yourself.
I'm pretty poor on the fruit front. I only really like bananas and melon. But I like the idea of the cereal that newlywed suggested. I think I'll get something like the cinammon grahams - I'll have to hide them though 'cos my lot'll eat them before I get a look in.Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts - DFW Nerd 323

OH MY GOD SUGGS!!! I can't believe how great you look! Get you, you must be well chuffed!
Not sure if I can face putting a photo on yet, maybe when I've lost a little bit...will also need to ask someone how to do it when the time comes, as clueless me!
Anyway, I may have failed completely with the weight loss thang this week (glad to see there was someone else having naughty days, who was that?) but the good news is that I have just reached my 20% milestone for my Asia trip so I'm well happy! If I had a smilie that could do somersaults I'd put it here (over to you Petrichor...?!) xxThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000
