Seeing as it's just you and me around at the moment ajax - can you tell me how you put pictures of yourself up? I can't figure out how to do it (if I ever get brave enough to want to!)

I'm well thanks Susie. I'll be glad of the support as I keep trying and losing nothing. Just getting to the hardest bit of the day for me though - usually as soon as I get home I've got to eat and I don't want the good stuff, oh no, it's got to be chocolate and crisps and as much as I can cram in me before dinner. I can be really good during the day but OMG do I make up for it when I get through that door at night!!!

Hi Lelc - do you like fruit at all? I usually munch on fruit when I get in from work and when I am giving DD her supper. It is sweet and fills the gap til dinner. Any use?

See- it's all extra incentive when you see the numbers going downwards!! :D

Can you tell I was bored yesterday though??

I have a column for stones, next one for the lbs then it works out total lbs from those, next one converts it to kilos next one works out BMI. Next column gives my week's loss and the next my total loss. ;)

Can't get Openoffice to work out the chart nicely though

Sounds like you and I am working from the same spreadsheet (I have one extra column - total loss in lbs AND total loss in stone and lbs AND total loss in kg). Means almost every week you pass one major milestone or another. This is what I do with my maths degree!

When me and OH get like that we munch on a SMALL helping of dry cereal. Golden Grahams or Cinnamon Grahams, or those mini wheatabix with choc chips.

They are usually a lot less fat grams than crisps and you get the sugar and the crispyness in one go - just don't eat the whole box :D

Yes but 4 lbs loss is just 0.6 BMI reduction for me!!!

I have incorporated BMI onto my chart now and I am pleased to note my BMI has reduced on this diet from 37.7 (obese) to 28.1 (overweight). Hurray!!!!!

.....same loss/bmi reduction ratio for me too... I take it you are 5' 11" or very close to it then? :D

You beat me all hands down on reduction efrieze, you've done great!! Mine has only gone from 37.4 to 30.3 (and that will rise tomorrow after a gain following 5 days of naughtiness :) )
