Please can I join. I'm doing the £ for lb challenge on DFW board but need a lot of help.
I weighed myself this morning and it was seriously scary - I'm carry about 3st more than I should. I have set myself the challenge of losing 1st by Christmas. I hope that being here will help to maintain the motivation.

Ooh, and can I please have a weight loss chart too? I think it's Efrieze I'm asking, would be ever so grateful!
Sure - just PM me your email address and I will send you the skeleton chart I set up.
Beanielou and Ajax - was the chart useful and self-explanatory (before I send out something rubbish to others!)?0 -
So I took my salad into my work meeting and it was fine - no-one thought I was odd and in fact another woman brought her own sarnie in too so that was great. I think if you do it with confidence, no-one will think anything about it.0

... yes efrieze, was very simple to understand. Thank you.
Don't suppose you know how to change the Y-axis on the graph itself to show the weight in stones and pounds do you, rather than raw pounds? This was what I can't do.0 -
Thanks Ajax, I'll see if I can stretch to the £5.50 a week to start with. Figured I could get myself some new clothes that fit with the proceeds (along with any money I make selling my old stuff on Ebay, when I finally get round to it!).
I'm a teacher normally but unfortunately have been off work for quite a while ill. I'm one of those weird people who loves their job!!
