Please can I be in this thread too? Today's weight 89.6 Kg. I can't cope with it in stones and pounds because it's just too real.
I've lost weight before with SW, (twice) calorie counting etc but have always put it back on. Have tried hypnosis to stop eating chocolate which worked fine but I just ate mints instead so no effect on bulges. When I'm stressed I eat, when I'm happy I eat, when I'm breathing I eat.
I'm considering contacting an organisation called Sureslim. It seems to be a series of one to one meetings with a 'consultant' and a plan to follow based on the results of blood tests (e.g. if you've got raised chloresterol). No special pills, powders etc, just ordinary food. BUT it costs hundred of pounds. I'm not sure if I'm that desperate. Does anyone on here have any experience of the company?0 -
Hi all, well another 1.5 lbs for me this week, so last week's maintain must have been a temporary blip.
That now makes over half a stone since 1 July so not too bad
Still more to go thoughworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

PHEW!! I have finally caught up with most of the posts on here from the few days I've been away - I can't get over how active this thread is, it's fab!
Welcome to the newbies and congratulations to anyone reporting a loss. As for taking your own food to work, I think it's a great idea and one you should be proud of not embarrassed by. The people who make comments tend to be people who make themselves feel better by putting others down, so you have to feel sorry for them really. Taking control of your life is a very positive thing, and I think it's fab that Ajax's (I think, read so many posts!) work are so supportive - never heard of that before, it's brilliant! Wouldn't quite work in my profession, as the kids were born to take the p*ss, lol!
I'm pleased to say that I had a quality time at the wedding - my friends are ace, I don't know what I was worrying about :rotfl:
I even got a few compliments about my dress, so that was nice.
The downside is that, despite still weighing the same on Saturday morning, when I checked today I had put on all the weight I'd lost!!! So that's 3 pounds in 2 days... I would put one of these  but I was expecting it so am being philosophical about it (well, trying!). It was tempting to just blow it all off this morning and eat iced buns from the bakery but I knew what was more important and kept it together.
So I'll do my best til Wednesday but expect to report a gain this week:doh:
Onwards and upwards though, it's a marathon not a sprint and all that and I will get there in the end. And when I do, there'll be a lot of this
[ps before anyone brings it up, I know it's not good to weigh yourself all the time, was just trying to gauge how the wedding affected me. And the answer is, LOADS!!]
Ooh, and can I please have a weight loss chart too? I think it's Efrieze I'm asking, would be ever so grateful!
And I think I might start putting the money aside I would be spending on a class too, that seems a great idea, so can someone please tell me how much a class costs?
Good luck for Wednesday everyone! xxThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Hi!
I'd like to join in too!
I have done Weightwatchers in the past, so I have all the books etc. so I think I'll just follow that again.
I have just weighed myself and it's not good news! 75.4kg. which is 12 stone something ( I'm only 5'2'') so I need to lose at least 15kg.
Anyway it is very encouraging to read all your posts and hopefully you can help keep me on track!
Well done to everyone who has lost weight so far.0
