    Hu Guys:j :j

After 3 weeks of gaining I have finally recorded a loss of 3 whole pounds!! :j

I am feeling so happy right now I'm like a dog with two tails!
I am going to be so good this week and hope for another good loss.

Well done for all you losers and maintainers this week:T

If you put on - don't let it get you down like it does me! I put on a half pound and it's the end of my world and I give up and go mad for a couple of weeks. We really need to be nicer to ourselves! :o

    Love and hugs

I'm a teacher normally but unfortunately have been off work for quite a while ill. I'm one of those weird people who loves their job!!

    What do you do?

... I'd have thought teaching would be the ideal environment for dignity. Public sector tend to go for that sort of thing, and well... as for the kids, respect is the whole ethos isn't it?

I work in a quality control lab for a company which prepares alloys for aerospace engines. Somewhere between a lab tech and a rocket scientist :D

    Yup that's me!! :D

Thankfully so far the worst week I had I maintained ;)

I've set up my spreadsheet with my weight loss listed and my BMI so I can see how near to "healthy" I can get :D

Congrats on the weight loss - that's a fantastic week ;)

... yes efrieze, was very simple to understand. Thank you.

Don't suppose you know how to change the Y-axis on the graph itself to show the weight in stones and pounds do you, rather than raw pounds? This was what I can't do.

You could it in decimals easily (is 15 stone 10 = 15.71 stone) - not sure how else to do it. Sorry.

....don't apologise for Bill Gates and his failure to let his software use anything other than base-10.

I like newlywed's idea of automatically have the spreadsheet work out the BMI. I'll be nicking that :)

Me too - I think i will incorporate that into my charts (although my BMI doesn't move nearly quickly enough!)

Yes but 4 lbs loss is just 0.6 BMI reduction for me!!!

I have incorporated BMI onto my chart now and I am pleased to note my BMI has reduced on this diet from 37.7 (obese) to 28.1 (overweight). Hurray!!!!!

    Hiya lelc:D

Havent heard from u in ages:D welcome to lose weight, loads of support in here, how u keeping?

    Susie

I'm well thanks Susie. I'll be glad of the support as I keep trying and losing nothing. Just getting to the hardest bit of the day for me though - usually as soon as I get home I've got to eat and I don't want the good stuff, oh no, it's got to be chocolate and crisps and as much as I can cram in me before dinner. I can be really good during the day but OMG do I make up for it when I get through that door at night!!!
