Bindiloo - you are so good at this that I'm sure you'll get it off again next week. As long as you had a fabulous time putting it on who cares... ;)

Quick question for the SW gurus - what is the sin value of a mature cheddar and brocoli escalope please? These are far, far, too nice to be free or even low sinned :(

    I did thanks:rolleyes:

:( fairwell SW buddy :hello: . Good luck with the new eating plan.
Sounds like a good decision to give it a go. Will help Mrs A too.

    Bb

..........thanks BB. I've been doing SW for 30 months now, and over the last 16 of those I've only managed to maintain - purely because of me, not the plan, the plan works fantastically. Boredom set in, I need something I don't understand. I don't have the excellent mentality of some of the heroes and heroines on here (you know who you are you superb Losers), and need to be geed up by new things).

While I think.... does anyone know of a spreadsheet that will do a weight loss graph from data? I'd do one myself but I'm not very clever.... it would be in stones and pounds ideally but I only know how to use excel enough to do one in pounds as I can't find how to use base 14. :o

..Ajax You are a ...:staradmin ....:T :T What a difference!! I understand what you say about boredom though and that by trying a different plan makes you think a bit differently. It is so easy to get into a rut, and although the target is still the same I'm a firm believer that a change is as good as a rest :D . I was really pleased though that you will be saving your class fees, that, to me, was a very very good incentive which paid off :jWhen I first decided to do it I thought it'd go by the wayside as so many other things that I try, but as the money built up so did my resolve! I wish both you and MrsA success  ...

...BTW efrieze is the spreadsheet expert here, not-tagged-smiley-15649.gifshe very kindly did a graph for me, but I have since found online sites that you can use...

...Off now, the newspapers have arrived :coffee:...

    Hi everyone!

Just reporting in with a 3lb weightloss for this week which I am very pleased about so just hope it continues (this was the first week!).

I have got together with 5 other mums and we weigh in once a week and encourage each other and pay £1 into a pot and at the end of 15 weeks we hope to have lost at least 15 lbs each and we will use the money to treat ourselves to a night out at the curry house!!! Not very slimming I know!

Am I too late to join the August challenge???

WOW!! Thanks for showing me what SW can do AJAX. Thats a fantastic achievement!

you could always try entering the data like 14.1, 13, 13.13 to get the stones and pounds. Also if you like to see where your target is on the graph (if you're using the scatter graph option) enter your target weight and the date and then on the graph you just click twice on the scatter point and you can change its individual colour...

    like....

    Date weight
    jan 14.13
    feb
    march
    may
    june 12.8 (target)

(couldn't make it display as separate columns but date in one and weight in the adjacent)

Then you just fill in the weights as you go and the graph should automatically update.

don't know if thats of any use or indeed if it makes sense....

Righeto, have a fab weekend everyone; I'm off to admire the sunflower which has just opened in my garden...I think the birds must have planted it...I know I didn't!

Yep - playing pretty dire at the mo. Not a great sports fan though so I only know cos my boss and her son follow the county team. I get a run down of the match every Monday at work. She reckons that next week's visit to Croke Park is the last this season.
