I haven't had a single one cryinghy4.gif so I cheered myself up today by buying 3 pairs of size 10 shorts with MrP's money (that'll teach him!!!!)

    xxxx

Well Petrichor, I did congratulate you and offer to help spend the £150, however can hardly compliment you when I cant see you :)

But I but you look gorgeous anyways, you always do ;)

Have to admit that sometimes when Im expecting the compliment, it doesnt come, bearing in mind the amount I have lost you would think people would notice. I asked a mate once and you know the answer? "I thought you were ill, so didn't want to say" :)

Bails, Petrichor is the goodess of image uploading, I used Rockyou, to create a quick slideshow, the link is in my signature. I have changed it slightly recently and I think someone want one of me in my rugby kit, (why  ) but to add a pic it seems I have to create a new slideshow, so might do that later.

Off to the gym now, while its warm and all that

    Hello Lovely Peeps 94a8a153bd.gif

First of all I want to thank Brighton belle. LilMissEmmylou, delly, bails and beanielou for the lovely things about my achievement (I have made a point of pointing them out to MrP - aka him!!!) but I feel I must point out to those of you that are relatively new here, I'm 5'3" so size 10 is average, but 82924b53f4.gifxxxxx...

...The Radley bags have been ordered online as we couldn't find the one that DD wanted locally and she also decided she didn't want one with other peoples grubby fingermarks on it :rotfl: (heaven knows how fussy she'll be when she eventually has to pay for her own :D ) and when they arrive I shall put a pic on here to celebrate. I bought one that was reduced :money: fashion doesn't bother me so much, but £50 does:o ...

...2a7f952898.jpgJaycee2007 Glad to see that you've stopped not-tagged-smiley-2967.gif and joined us ;) I hope you're feeling better today. You are obviously already successful with your weight loss :T so I look forward to hearing more from you and wish you continued success...

...bails I agree with Newlywed, when you put your accessories with the frocks and with your hair done properly you will feel completely different and definitely more upbeat :j Also, when you get to the wedding don't get into a panic about what to eat, just have what you want and enjoy yourself!!! Then when you get back home just climb back on the wagon and join the day 1 club as so many do here. I hope that you're feeling a bit better now not-tagged-smiley-14571.gif just remember how pleased you felt about the frocks yesterday, they still fit as good today :D I wish MrP was like your lovely man, he wouldn't know a compliment if it jumped up and bit him on the bum:rolleyes: ...

...Suggs I hope that everything is okay with you today re ex and DS. Thanks for your lovely comments too :kisses3: but now we've had the rugby kit what about speedos!!!! No excuse it's holiday time for you soon !!!!...

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

If MrsA is a sweetie eater, Tesco Healthy living also do a box of 8 mini fruit ice lollies (like a solero) for 1/2 point each too. I've just had one to take away the craving for something sweet after dinner

Duly noted delly, thanks. And not just for her (see more later)

Lois, I have to report a gain of 1lb this week... at least I know why. But, ignore this cos I'm gonna weigh in Tuesday as well so will give you a proper figure.

Also, I'm gonna give SW up and do a WW plan instead. I aint gonna go to class, but am going to just do the points plan and pocket the money (As Petrichor says, better in mine.......). I'll be weighing in on a Tuesday as that's when MrsA has her WW class.

Delly (and any other WW devotees), can I pick your brains for good recipes, hints for low-point snacks etc? No need to train me on the wine, I got that covered :)

Hi Victory, So did you find a Boots out there in spain :rotfl:I go on August 12th, I'll be the one bringing the rain with me :rotfl:

no, not boots, the chemists with the green crosses do them but it is a plain paper with the weight and height and the BMI, says nothing else.

Rain would be welcome as it is 35 degrees over here and the sweat pours off everyone!! but the appetite diminishes so that is great as I can barely be bothered to eat as it is all so hot and sticky but drinks loads of water...

ajax:rotfl:except that if you looked - I'd only posted it at 7.28pm. It took me that long to post it on properly. Anyway, you're just jealous you don't get proper Irish mammy portions!

On another note - kingsmill 50/50 crustless bread is only 1/2 point per slice.

Tesco also do a 6 pack of iced gems in the biscuit aisle 2 points per pack

If I think of anything else I'll let you know (but only if you're nice to me!):D
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.
Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.
