Petrichor - well done for getting to 8.5 stone, that's a great achievement. Are you getting plenty of compliments from people? Hope you're feeling a bit better now.

I haven't had a single one cryinghy4.gif so I cheered myself up today by buying 3 pairs of size 10 shorts with MrP's money (that'll teach him!!!!)

Quick question for the SW gurus - what is the sin value of a mature cheddar and brocoli escalope please? These are far, far, too nice to be free or even low sinned :([/quote]

7 syns on red or green I'm afraid Erlqueen!

    Petrichor: you look fabulous :D

Thanks for the tip, I'll point that out to MrsA. She'll be delighted.
If MrsA is a sweetie eater, Tesco Healthy living also do a box of 8 mini fruit ice lollies (like a solero) for 1/2 point each too. I've just had one to take away the craving for something sweet after dinner

    .
..you got that right, although you folk over there have no idea of what a sensible sized plate of food is :D When I visit my auntie it's all "Will you just have a wee bit of toast?" ... and out comes a plate the size of a satellite dish covered with 4 rounds of toast and about 6 or 7 scrambled eggs on it!
I know - how do you think I got to have this problem????:eek:Typical Irish mammy feeds up everyone around her. My mum is like that with my brothers and OH whereas I get a lettuce leaf, slice of tomato and wheaten bread :rotfl:She always makes up with desserts though! It's calledtypical Irish hospitality.:T
    Derry? Or should I say Lon ....... nah :D <cheeky grin, honestly> ....
Bleedin' northerners, does it ever get light during the winter up there? Polar bears walking across the airport runway etc :)[
It's not that blooming far north you cheeky so and so, we do see the sun sometimes (between the showers of rain). I thought everyone knew that the only difference between winter and summer over here is that the rain is warmer in summer!

And hey nice to see people from the land of 40 shades of green :) Im in Tandragee (yes just by the northern Tayto factory lol)
Ahh Tayto from Tandragee! LMEL I spent a year in America and asked my parents to bring me Tayto cheese & onion when they came to pick me up (actually, what I said was, "if you don't have tayto cheese and onion and a cheese and branston pickle sandwich with a bottle of club orange, I'm getting back on the plane and going back to the USA!:rotfl:")

Walkers will never beat a good packet of Tayto.

How come you're moving to Liverpool? Is it for a job? Uni? Good luck with the move.

p.s. Petrichor - love your smilies- where'd you get them? Oh, and I'm really glad you decided to stay with us despite becoming one of those we envy - a skinny minnie! I always look forward to your posts!

Please don't me afraid BB (and thanks) I'd already assumed the worse for them. They are approx. 244 cals each if I remember rightly but it was so nice I knew, just knew, one of them would be costly on SW :D

Sorry Erlqueen - OH was trying to show me how to post a picture. Of course, being male, he has to pick the big picture when the thumbnail would do. lol
