bails thanks for the pep talk re maintaining. Well fingers crossed i do get a loss this week, even if its just 1 or 2 lbs ill be happy. just a total PITA to be so good all week and then weigh myself to see it didnt make a difference at all. So yes not going to ditch the healthy eating, going to stick at it until i can see the difference and get back into my pre pregnancy clothes!0

Well Done everyone who's lost weight or maintained this week - I'm really pleased for you all.
Ajax - Starlight is right. The core plan might work for you. There's a huge list of free foods that you can pick from including several breakfast cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes, quorn (but not sausages or burgers - they come from your weekly points allowance). I think you might find this easier. If MrsA has the week 1 "eat wisely" book have a look at page 40 onwards. I'm in NI and our WW is run differently (and costs more £5.50 per week over here) so there might be a difference in the books (as in ours are probably older!)
The 21 points allowance is 3 points per week to spend on treats, bread, alcohol etc. I've got the book here if you want to know anything more!Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -
