OMG what fantastic news...another debt free member :T:T:T:T

    Congratulations clippy :j:j:j:j:j

Today was payday for me. After my monthly money shuffle, I have very little left - nothing new there!!

Spent money yesterday and today on food - again, nothing new there! I seem to spend all my money on either food or yoga. I've overspent my food budget for two months now, although I am eating the best food ever and feeling amazing. I'm reluctant to stop, so what I might do next month is increase the budget to £125 and stick to it! That's got to be better than budgeting £100 and going way over...has it not? I will keep a close eye on every penny, and I'll do my daily spend spreadsheet - I promise - to pinpoint where the money's going to see if I can cut it down in May.

My friend was meant to be staying tonight, but she booked a last minute weekend in Europe so I had tea with her this afternoon instead. I tried to buy our tea...til she ordered a glass of champagne (it's her birthday). I made a flimsy offer to be polite, but she knows my situation and wouldn't hear of it, so I got a free pot of green tea and a few hours chat with my friend :D Oh, and I didn't have to scrub behind the toilet cos she wasn't staying :rotfl:

Back to work tomorrow for me so I cooked a load of yummy food to see me through the next few days, and I bought some berries and nuts to have lots of healthy snacks.

The weather's going to be good this weekend, so I hope you all enjoy it!!

Due to my lack of funds, today is another spend-free day (surprise).
    ;)

My dad deals with my credit card at the end of each month so I only find out how much we can pay off then.
However, I received my pay slip for my extra shifts (from February) and it is an extra £652!!!!
    :j

As a result, we are discussing putting a whole £1000 to the credit card at the end of April.
The other £200 will go into the savings account for June.
    :D

Erm... I don't think there is anything else to write to be honest.
    :undecided

    Keep plodding on torties.
    Hugs.

Today has stayed a SFD, Sunday will definitely be and I'm kind of of the persuasion that tomorrow will be too.

Congratulations clippy_girl on becoming debt free, fantastic news!

Quick post tonight as need to b up early tomorrow.

SFD and LTW today so still just about on target. Went to get the deep fried Mars bar today in the restaurant and they have stopped doing them although they are still on the weekly menu. Apparently nobody wanted them. Oh well saved me 65p and heaps of calories :T

FMESS The Aldi voucher wasn't in the email this week but I got OH to check the paper for me as it's always plastered over the front page. As a general rule the Mirror has this offer about once a month and usually it's the last Thursday of the month so worth a quick check in the newsagents if you don't see it in the email.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.
