    I'm in too.
  • I slept in this morning. I am going to shake off the need to be the Mad March Hare. You have been numbered. Please don't repost the rules as I have asked on the front page. It take up too much space. Thanks.
“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".

Apologies, that was me. I've deleted the post.

Got carried away in my Mad March Madness ;)
  • Me me me please! I have had a fantastic February, although I didn't post a lot I have been sticking to the rules. I promise to post more during March and I am so stoked to get going on this!
    October make £10/day currently £11.02
  • Count me in too please kat, thank you for the new challenge. I have been feeling a bit down about how rubbish I'm doing so I'm loving the theme this month. I like the rule of paying debt first and living off whats left so I'm going to apply that to my savings. Decide how much to save and live on the rest, instead of just saving whatever I have left at the end of the month (which is usually nothing :o) xx

Well, have shot myself in the foot regarding budgets.
    :p

    SFD: 0/20
Food budget: £0/£109 (budget for last month was £129).
    Petrol budget: £0/£50.

Savings pots need £116 for the month.

So... that should leave an extra £125 leftover which will go towards spending pennies for Barcelona in April.
    :D
    Mortgage: £0/£80,329.91
    Savings: £0/£6400

  • Wahey, I have a number!
I can't pay my debts at the beginning of the month as my money comes in weekly and Feb's cash has all been paid out to my debt and savings pot, so I have to work backwards each month and work out what I need to pay at the end, then not spend it!
Is only me, DD and 2 cats at home, so groceries should be low as I have enough in my freezer and store cupboard to feed me for a month, just fresh veg, milk and bread needed. I work part-time so have worked out that I'm at work 18 days this month, so....

    Goals for March are:
    0/15 SFD's
    0/£100 groceries incl cat food
    0/18 LTW
    0/£40 petrol
    0/30 donations/declutter

    Ta lots Kat

Debt as at Feb 14: £2272.40
