Anyone else finding the Santander (post MMR) system losing information.

I have never used them personally but mmr is causing such a backlog across the board.

I've not used them for 2 years. They got to the point of being ridiculous with cases. I've taken the decision not to take on any new cases until towards the end of May as I think the ones I do have will need a more hands on approach at the moment to see them through. I really can't be doing with yet more hassle and have to manage client expectations.
Lenders can't just turn the taps off that easily and I can foresee a few meltdowns occurring !
Edited to add: I'd concur with the Santander MMR sentiments. Total car crash.0
