    Tried Chrome - hanging.

    Tried IE - hanging.

Went back to Chrome and it worked. Disappointing outcome though. Skipton 90% newbuild with BTL in background we can ignore, £315k. Nottingham £236k, even if BTL is ignored.

Anyone else finding the Santander (post MMR) system losing information.

Now telling me I submitted the case without confirming the intermediary submission declaration (which as we know we cannot do)

I have never used them personally but mmr is causing such a backlog across the board.

Every lender i am using at the minute seems to be taking between 5-15 days to look at paperwork.

I've not used them for 2 years. They got to the point of being ridiculous with cases. MMR and Santander was never going to be a good mix!

I've taken the decision not to take on any new cases until towards the end of May as I think the ones I do have will need a more hands on approach at the moment to see them through. I really can't be doing with yet more hassle and have to manage client expectations.

Lenders can't just turn the taps off that easily and I can foresee a few meltdowns occurring !

Edited to add: I'd concur with the Santander MMR sentiments. Total car crash.
