  • There was another standard homebuyer product that had similar issues, and in fact every time you went to produce a KFI on their online system you got the dreaded 'Due to technical difficulties...'

    App was done on 12th, it only came to light when we had an alteration and had the "re-quote" "resubmit" stuff.

    I'll take it to network compliance director, if necessary.

    Basic of £23k with P60 earnings for 13/14 of £34k. Can anyone think of a lender which will lend more than basic under the new regime?

    Just sat on hold for around 25 minutes to woolwich.
    Got through to someone and forgot what i was calling about. hung up and yes you guessed it... remembered!

    An hour of my life im never going to get back.

    All because they are saying a loan (which has been paid off) on someones credit file has not been declared. Have a guess who that loan was with...

    Surely this should be a piece of ...... to check!
