I havent had a problem with Santanders website, maybe I'm just lucky.

Did two on Tuesday in a rush as they withdrew products, and got two more today/tomorrow.

I'm just warning clients about the timescales at the moment!!!

Lucky for sure, they told us that there were significant technical problems relating to submitting an application and ticks constantly turning to crosses for no reason.

Will be chasing again this afternoon, but pleased some are getting through..

  • Just ran a Nationwide DIP and it came up as Referred - they want payslips, bank statements and proof of deposit before they will give the DIP????? I thought thats what the application was for!!!

If it goes to "refer" you get asked for all the docs as for a full app.

Did you have address targeting issues? For example, is it a flat with a flat number, building name and number?

These are a PITA with Nationwide and I have to ring technical and have them put a note on the case every couple of days as they refer automatically.

To be honest I've used NW quite a few times before and it's the first time I've had a DIP refer with them.

I have a Halifax (95% HTB - MG) HomeBuyer Special case (first one I've done) where the MAF was missing off my Mortgage Brain KFI, my Halifax KFI and the Mortgage App Summary.

I've told them there's no way I'm going back to the client to say he has to pay it.

    Anyone else had similar?

Have had issues before with MB omitting fees and charges but from Halifax own site? Tell them to pay it or you'll report them for a breach!

Not on Trigold Prospector or our Halifax offers on Help To Buy - MG either.

Surprisingly or not, it was this specific product that had most of the significant technical issues during the difficult last 2 weeks..
