Ditto but mine extend to GC as well. :o

I am looking forward to having one of these, but hopefully the boys will be a little older than they are now. Until then I will make the most of other people's children x

I sympathise, not bt infinity but we had a similar problem last year when changing from ttalk to sky, was supposed to be seamless, no interruption or loss of line. We went almost a week in december with no line or internet waiting for a bt engineer. They all blamed each other for it, it was ridiculous. We tried the test line as enterprise mentioned without joy. We didnt get charged and I cant see how they would have a basis for charging you. Hope you get it sorted soon. x

When BT switched us to Infinity in June last year we experienced many issues and it took until October for them to be resolved. I have since complained as we was without Broadband, TV and Telephone during those months. They have now confirmed they will refund us £283.86. It has taken some complaining but eventually they agreed to refund us. I was fortunate as every time we had a problem, I would call them so they had a log of all my complaints. It's a laborious task to call them when there is a is an issue but it certainly helped when I asked for a refund!

We ditched BT last year because of their Indian call centres. Due to the language difficulties our address / surname changed several times and the biggest misunderstanding of all they cancelled our internet :(:(

In the end we switched to Plusnet (which is BT) but if you need to contact them then most likely you'll get a friendly Yorkshire accent :T:T pay a couple of quid more for the privilege but it's worth it IMO :)

We are always going to pay roughly the same price for broadband because of where we live and pretty dire speeds too. No super cheap broadband for us

I ve always been with BT for my broadband and that's 10 years , mainly because I did n t fancy the hassle of changing over and presumably having a different email address. I did consider plus net once and I knew it was a part of Bt and it was a lot cheaper too.

I forgot to throw them in! Message to self... SSM must do better!

I love watching children, they are so wonderful in everything they do... even when they are being naughty. I have kept everything (almost) that the children produced, every Christmas all the years home made Christmas cards come out, can you imagine the boys rolling their eyes at me!! Especially when I show the girlfriends!!!!

    :D:D:D:D:D

I flush most of what DD produces
