Well on a positive note then at least mine did turn up and at 8.20 am too. I ve also noticed that my broadband cost was going up and up and they never told me. I soon put a stop to that though but basically this girl in India admitted that it's up to the customers to challenge their bills and to see if they can have a reduction and if they don't they won't. My broadband was £19 a year ago and this month it was £33 odd including a pound or two cost for calls. A big difference that I didn t realise.
Ahh I was with sky and trying to go for a cheaper option, it seemed good at the time, always does, I really just hope this doesn't happen or I will defo have to challenge them, thanks for the tip, I will keep an eye on them, however I find the online bill quite hard to understand so need to familiarise myself with it a bit more. Also when I signed up there was a gift card so hope this comes.:)0 -
When BT switched us to Infinity in June last year we experienced many issues and it took until October for them to be resolved. I have since complained as we was without Broadband, TV and Telephone during those months. They have now confirmed they will refund us £283.86. It has taken some complaining but eventually they agreed to refund us. I was fortunate as every time we had a problem, I would call them so they had a log of all my complaints. It's a laborious task to call them when there is a is an issue but it certainly helped when I asked for a refund!
Jeeze, June - October I'd really be fuming. Terrible service. Mines is just a little problem compared to yours. Months without a TV - god I'd have to speak too hubby lol.0 -

It has been happening for about 10 months now, off and on. First of all thought it was the phone so bought a new one, same thing happened. I am thinking though after what you said the other day that it might be on the callers end and not here.
If it starts up again I'm going to call Sky. My other problem (with tv is still ongoing) would you 'adam n eve' it, the ruddy cd/vhs recorder is not working, so I need to look for a new one. That will have to wait until we get back from holidayThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0
