Maybe you do not have funds with them. Mine are funds and I never get paid at the correct time.
My investments are mainly shares (real and investment trusts) with a small number of funds. My iii statement shows fund dividends being paid out a day after being credited to my iii account. However I cant say exactly when they were due to be paid by the fund as I cant find the information - it doesnt appear to be in the Key Investor Information nor on Trustnet. Is there a legal payment date for funds?0 -
My transfer of funds from HL to II initiated in March is still not complete but it now looks as if the problem may well have been with HL.
I received a letter from HL today telling me my funds have now been transferred! Curiously they sent me a letter saying the transfer was completed 3 months ago.
I guess we will never know where the blame lies between platforms and fund managers but if I had my time again I would keep chasing both parties in a transfer (and probably the fund manager too.0 -
I'm not sure about dividends but I did get the £120 credit on 30/7 that was part of the transfer offer :T

There are also tax credits to consider. I have 3 bond funds that give rise to tax credits within my Aye Aye SIPP - not a sniff of anything to date.0

So if a dividend is due for payment on the 21st July then when can I expect III to credit it to my account?
Thanks in advance.0 -
Anytime between now and Christmas ... if you're lucky!0

21st July
This is more than the "up to ten working days" I was quoted - ( I'm still waiting for my 31st July distribution and will be on the phone to II on Friday if no joy).
Have you phoned to enquire?0
