i've received this message today:
"We are writing in relation to the SIPP KFI document that we asked you to complete. According to our records we have not received confirmation from you that an illustration has been completed. We require the illustration reference number as confirmation that you have completed the illustration. This information is a regulatory requirement. It is therefore important that we receive this information as failure to provide could result in your SIPP being cancelled. If you have already contacted us with your illustration reference please ignore this message.
If you are in the process of transferring your SIPP to us you are required to complete this document. You should do this using estimated values.
To complete the document please copy and paste the below URL into your chosen browser. The user name and password are also detailed below for you.

so the frustration continues. i have not failed to complete anything at all that they have sent to me.0 -
I received the same message too - Never been asked to complete this before.0

it's just a form which leads to an illustration being produced, which didn't work properly for me. they are not a streamlined, coherent operation.0

I got the same message although I had filled it in some weeks ago and gave them the reference number.
I have been a long term investor with ii for my ISA but am new to their SIPP product. Things do not seem as streamlined as HL.0 -
I completed the KEY illustration a while ago but was unaware that I had to send the reference to II !
Have just done it again.
10 weeks and still not a single fund in my SIPP, their loss I'm not trading until things are moved over although I am getting charged for an account I cannot use other than put new money in.0 -

They are not supposed to start charging until the transfer has completed - Luckily with me they haven't done (not yet). I'm just over 12 weeks through the process.0 -
And the cash incentive has now appeared.
Correction - it hasn't! An adjustment of £20 on a very recent investment misled me! Good thing that I didn'tgo viral on twitter!

oh no, they've now messaged me again apologising for my concerns, and asking me to complete the same form again.
i'm starting to really wish i hadn't moved from HL to II, as the latter are all over the place:(0 -
I have had a message from II to confirm that the incentive has been credited today - a happy bunny now....:D0
