i knocked my ISA around today and in fairness the site worked very well. all was very clear. i needed to call as it was blocking me buying some US shares - it turns out i needed to complete a form, but i got through quickly and the lady i spoke to knew exactly what she was doing.0

I needed to call yesterday to buy something fairly standard (I would have thought). It just kept failing with an error. I have been doing regular monthly investments with an iii ISA but I have noticed that my most recent payments were building up as cash and not being invested.
I called them and they said that the shares and funds I was previously investing in were no longer available with the change of platform. Very annoying! I am sure they never told me this. And the guy on the phone wasn't able to properly explain it.0 -
Maybe it's time for me to look for another provider for the next tax year0
