There was an interesting post on trustpilot this morning from a whistle blowing employee exposing the chaos behind the scenes and disgruntlement of the staff at III since the migration.
It suggested an investigation by J C Flowers would be in order.
It mentioned by name a female employee who regularly replies to trustpilot reviews for using foul language to them so III reported it and it was taken down after a few hours.0 -
And they seem to be having problems this morning - kept getting 'incorrect username/password' response. Now they have a message saying they experiencing technical difficulties. Grrrrr !!0

has anyone else noticed that iii seem to have lost track of which year's ISA allowance has been made? according to them i didn't contribute in the previous tax year:think:.
also, US shares were shown in my ISA with sterling values previously, but now are shown in dollars. is there a way of changing this?0 -

Lucky you, I transferred and closed the II ISA account to avoid fees and all ISA records have now disappeared, which means there is no way to track when the overdue dividends were credited or how long II have been gaming those payouts - which should have simply followed on into the transferred account if they were competent.
The transferred and closed GIA record is all there.'We don't need to be smarter than the rest; we need to be more disciplined than the rest.' - WB0 -
Can confirm iii is in total disarray - since the backend cut over it has forgotten to pay me (pension), old co didn't produce a P45 and now won't discuss me, new co has no info - so far I have been asked for previous pay slips, FP cert, who knows where this will end, but my formal complaint is overdue so we'll be off to the FoS [again]0
