After reading all these horror stories, I'm so happy that I transferred out from TD Direct to Fidelity in October 2017... They messed the transfer up, loosing £100 of one of my funds.. I had to call multiple times before they admitted that they screwed up... Got £20 compensation for my troubles... The whole thing took over 6 weeks....What a joke!

I transferred right after or just before III took over... In a way, I avoid the worst of the rush to transfer out...

Not long now. Only 2 or 3 more months and your ongoing mental anguish will be over. Honest ;)

Oh crumbs - am I going to have trouble with IWEB now?

I was expecting the 27 April dividend on Premier Monthly Income but it is not showing in Dividend History.

However, I now notice that in today's Income History the dividend is shown and immediately after the entry is "dividend reversal"...what on earth is going on now?

    Aargh!

I received a reply in the meantime: "As we have been through platform changes during the 2017/2018 period, any dividends you have received in the 2017-18 tax year prior to December 2017 will not appear on your consolidated tax certificate. If you have received dividends this tax year before December 2017 you will also receive a consolidated tax voucher. If you are yet to receive both documents then this will be with you by the end of the week."

I think this is a complete joke. They issue a document which clearly says that it's for the whole tax year. And when queried they'll tell me I will receive a second document. If they'll issue two different documents, they should have clearly stated that when issuing the first. (Or only issue both at the same time). What if I filed my SA based on the document I received...

II continues to be a joke. Despite them offering good prices, I think I've (finally!) had enough. I just don't trust this company.

Received mine today. Not done a thorough check as yet but from a quick glance it looks like all my divs from when I was with TD and then post the switch over to II are on here. Is it just the customers who were originally with II (so never customers of TD) getting the two certificates given they were the ones that changed platform (since it was the TD platform that was adopted by II)?
  • Hi,

another message from II last night re: CTC.

All my dividends now showing, including migrated (TD).
