8 weeks for me, but £13,400 of threadneedle euro smaller comp has shown up in my isa that I never had at HL :j so better than £20.

Will see if the missing 12 funds show up and that disappears!

you don't own that fund at all!!!??

...I talked to them last week (8 weeks in) and they were able to give me exact dates for the 3 times they had tried to contact CIS (Royal London) for a valuation for my S&S ISA. They had so far received no reply.

I contacted CIS and it turns out that although they are now managed by Royal London (London address) I should have given iii the CIS contact details (Manchester address). Partly my fault but surely the 3 requests from iii should have been forwarded on, or even returned to sender?

i agree that RL should have forwarded on, but also think that II ought to have been able to establish the correct address. if the form was wrong, and they knew it, they could have contacted you to tell you about that. to be honest, my impression is that both companies come out of that situation disappointingly.

i hope masonic is right, and that going forwards we can be far more positive about II. it's looking wobbly at the moment.

Good point planteria, but iii didn't know the form was wrong they only knew that they hadn't had an answer, so they re-sent the form (which I suspect is a standard part of the process).

It would have been good though if they'd told me that they were having no response after several weeks rather than wait for me to contact them.
  • All five of my ISA funds have left my HL account but haven't yet turned up in my ii account.

I have the same 5 funds in my HL SIPP (plus others) but none of them have yet left my HL account...

I think it's mine. If I send you my account number, would you ask them to transfer it across?

I am 12 weeks into the process and all but one fund has appeared, that fund disappeared from HL 4 weeks ago and never appeared in II, keep chasing them up but never get a clear answer.

My HL account has no been closed but I am missing over £500 plus any dividends that might turn up over the next few days I have no idea where they will go.

I've received a secure message from II's director of share dealing apologising for the delay. (I get the impression it's probably been sent to all their clients who are transferring in).
Something must be happening though, as I've "commission credit" showing in my account which is more than the £20 worth associated with the quarterly fees.
And it's been six weeks for me so far....

Yep me too, they said they blamed HL for the delay, but in fact I pointed out to them it's II or Legg Mason causing the delay. Seeing as HL had done everything they needed to do.

When my transfer completed, HL wrote to me and stated any further income they received from my investments would be forwarded to II by cheque.
