    NSD here.
We had HM wedges + sausage roll + poached egg for dinner. The sausage roll was reduced from £1 to 10p - 380 calories so we had half each.

    Another NSD today.

Had risotto from freezer for tea but it was yuck. Don't think I'll bother freezing butternut squash and sage risotto again. Had a hot cross bun to console myself. Will chuck the rest and have a tin of soup for lunch tomorrow instead.

Organised my entire pantry, my spice drawer - including making labels for the tops of everything so I can see where everything is - and the hot drinks/cereals cupboard. Feeling very smug but still lots of things left out from meal prep so will have to deal with that tomorrow alongside working from home as I have a deadline for Friday grrr :(

Found about 10 packs of assorted pastas, four packets of risotto, millet, bulghur wheat, wheat gluton, about 5kg of assorted lentils...to name a few! Going to be eating out of the cupboards for a while!
  • Another NSD, amazing as the kids seem to have hollow legs

    I want another NSD today.
I think we will have fish & chips from the freezer for tonight's meal as it's quick & easy.

I have a dilemma. MrS has given me a till spit for £9 off a £60 spend

That is a big saving but it would be a big outlay at the same time, I don't know what to do :(
