8/2 allo outstanding Paperwork sent to abbey, ma advised us sent to underwriting queue yesterday, been on pins and not slept great since 8th, need to know if we can have our dream house or not. I know there is going to be no issue with valuation if we pass underwriting so hoping to have a definitive celebration or cry before the weekend...

Woohoo MA called to say she has been emailed confirmation we can have the mortgage subject to Valuation.

With everything being backwards does that really mean as long as the valuation (hope to be booked ASAP) is ok the mortgage is ours?

2 days later we were notified by the MA. Not had it in writing yet though (was only yesterday).

Was there any problems with your valuation? Our estate agent has said that when it was valued the other month it was valued a little higher than our offer so don't foresee a problem.

SDL1503 how long did it take them to arrange your valuation after you had been offered the mortgage?

Nope, came back at the value we were looking to borrow. No idea what took so long.

Hopefully the letter with the offer will be there to backup yesterdays email when I get home.,
