    Hi All,

    My broker has stated they are unable to log into the MATS system due to a technical issue. Has anybody had issues logging in within the last 48hrs? The broker also mentioned there is a large backlog with Satander.

    As far as we are aware our full application was made by our broker a week ago, which I know is early days but it's not a good sign if they can't log in to track the progress.

    Just trying to fathom whether I'm being fed some rubbish.

    No problems accessing MATS here - have you tried yourself?
    Although, I've also been told there is a large backlog

    I have just had a reply from the Broker and apparently "the mortgage has been assessed and fully agreed with underwriters subject to a satisfactory valuation report which will be instructed today" :j

    So fingers crossed we seem to be heading the right way now at last :T

    Fingers crossed that the survey and the rest of the transaction goes smoothly. It should all be okay being that we are buying our rented accommodation from our Landlord, so all going well it should be an easy transaction.......and NO moving! :rotfl:

    We had this. We found out it had been pulled for Audit and took 2 days extra!

    Oh just remembered and probably not friday this week either as it is Bank Holiday.
