do everything except what was in posts 13 and 18 as that member is trolling various threads with little constructive help from what I can see and has been reported for it0

One thing that will help in the future is the wording of the lease agreement with regards to parking spaces.
As fir the POPLA challenge one of the key points is not a genuine pre estimate of loss, but this will need expanding upon, as a handful of challenges have been turned down after not providing enough information.
also this case will be of interest where a private car parking company was taken to court as a result of ticketing someones vehicle that was parked in that persons space http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?377246-UKPC-liable-for-trespass-**SUCCESS**
If everything is clear regarding the lease, ask yourself this: why are you displaying a permit to give yourself permission to park in your own space??
Stuff the permit, and if they are taking photos of your tax disc/number plate you could just cover them up ( if you want)From the Plain Language Commission:

There you goWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Hi Stroma ...I still cannot post the link as a Newbie. Is there any way I can send you my tinypic link so you can post on my behalf? Sorry to be a pain...0

Using the previous link as an example, post your new link like this:

The photo is fine:

however - just clarify where the permit is exactly - is it under the tax disc, the circular one above the tax disc, the oblong underneath the windscreen wiper (passenger side) or the blur by the driver's side.
As I said don't get hung up about the permit issue - what is more important is a photograph of the signage please.0
