MNBA are offering a phone again, on their 9months 0% bt.
A Flyer fell out of someone's newspaper advertizing this offer - apply before March 2005.
My Egg 0% bt will be up in February, should I ask for Egg for an extension or will switching to another card damag e my credit rating?if i had known then what i know now0 -
I doubt very much that you'll get an extension with Egg because of the anniversary deal that they offer.
Have you good reason to think that you'll damage your credit rating by switching to a new card?0 -
Anybody had the virgin £60 wine voucher yet??0

I have read the previous threads re the free MP3 player from Virgin (MBNA).
I received this card recently and on activating the account I carried out a balance transfer. I telephoned CS to see if this counted as "using their card". However, I was told that a purchase had to be made ???
Can anyone clarify the position. I obviously do not want to make any purchases if I do not have to.No sig!0 -

I'm only concerned about the number of applications I've made this year (3 so far) not been refused by any of them, but none give me the amount I ask for. I'm not a good bet, because I never pay any interest on anything - have always paid in full and on time. The loans I have are only to boost the interest in my savings account. But always on the look out for a better deal.if i had known then what i know now0 -
I've applied for 5 in the last year and haven't been refused.
I got a decent credit limit with MBNA even though I'd applied for two other cards less than two months before. Give them a go.0 -

The T&Cs specify only that a transaction has to be made. I only did a balance transfer and my MP3 player arrived a few weeks ago
Good luck"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
