I made some covered hangers - used a pack of 6 bought from £land - a while ago. The IKEA fabric was left over from making storage bags.

Thank you! Yes, that helps a lot. It sounds great especially as most of the "cheap" (poor quality) fabrics around here start at £5+ per metre. I will be having a trip to Leicester soon
Is the market on every day and is the fabric stall there on every market day too? Oh dear, it's next to my bank; means I can just pop round if I spend more than I plan to :rotfl:
Yes, Leicester Market is there everyday.
There is at least one stall open every day "Stuarts Fabrics" .... he's not as competitive in price, but still cheaper than John Lewis etc.
The really good value chap is there a couple of days in the week, but I couldn't tell you which, sorry. Because I can only get up to town on a Saturday..... good job really, as I would probably spend a fortuneSlimming world new starter 2/1/17:D:DWeight loss so far 5 stone 8 lbs

Yes, that's why I joined -because I have loads of 'stuff' and I need to use it before I buy more-I'm. Bit of a magpie when it comes to fabrics and craft magazines and stuff.GE 36 *MFD may 2043
