    I'm using up scraps of fabric to make Christmas decorations

    These hang on a tree

    These are brooches

    These have hangers but I thought they would also be nice on cards?

    I do like those Cuddles. Is the tree a triangle with one curved edge? You could do some lovely embellishing on it.

    Thank you - actually the tree is a semi circle, but folded to make a triangle.

    Great idea cuddles- they are lovely. I like the idea of using fabric card toppers.

    If you subscribe to Prima magazine for the next 6 months; it is only £6 for the six months. That is £1 a copy! ALSO you get a Bayliss and Harding large gift set free gift (worth £25) and with each Prima magazine comes a free sewing pattern. So 6 patterns, 6 magazines and a gift set all for £6.

    Terms and conditions;

    *You must give 28 days notice to cancel subscription. After the initial six months runs out, the price reverts to £11.50 for the next six months. That is £1.91 for each magazine and pattern. Should you decide after the initial subscription you don't want a further six months just ensure you cancel 28 days before the final direct debit payment is due out.
    *You must opt in to receive the free pattern, it isn't automatic...so ensure you do!
    *Offer ends on 9th December 2014

    Please read the websites more thorough terms and conditions for full details.
    You can subscribe online www.hearstmagazines.co.uk/pr/dec14
    or call, 0844 848 1601 quoting the code 1PR100260
    calls are 5pence per minute on landlines. Open weekdays 8am to 9.30 pm. Saturdays 8am to 4 pm. DON'T FORGET TO MENTION YOU WANT THE PATTERNS!!

    If you haven't read Prima it is normally full of all kinds of crafty stuff from cooking to sewing, knitting to paper crafts. I think a good value read for the price.

    Just finished a 'quirky' happy house sampler. It measures approx 17"x17" and is sewn onto linen.

    This is a small embroidered sampler I made for a family member. A take on the larger ones that I've made. Also some houses that arn't sewn, they are made from upcycled materials.
