    Hi

Go for a swim in your local swimming pool. Or just stay in you bed all day with a packet of nurofen

Watched this thread recently and was surprised that no one mentioned Sober X Hangover Free patches:

    http://www.soberx.uk.com/

Absolutely brilliant product that I discovered about 12 months ago. They are not cheap but they work.

My symptoms after excessive drinking, before I found these would be shivering, sweating, nausea, banging headache and unable to eat anything. Now if I know I’m going out on a heavy session, I put two of these patches on an hour before drinking. The next day all I am left with is a mild headache, which is soon cured with Aspirin and a good breakfast. The difference is unbelievable. The main benefit is that there is no nauseous feeling the day after so you can eat food and your body quickly recovers. Best discovery I have made in over 25 years of boozing – wish I’d found them earlier!

P.S. I don't work for them but did receive 6 free packs recently when I complained that the last ones I'd bought were out of expiry date. Thought this was good service so giving them a plug.

Ok folks, got a girls night out planned for tonight so been shopping in preparation of hangover.

With all your tips i've got the following:-

    Banana,
    honey,
    ibruprophen,
    Rehydration drinks,
    Berocca,

I've got some milk thistle in the cupboard so just had a couple of them.

Gonna try and get a glass of water with every drink too but reckon that wont last too long!

Also read that tomatoes help, so reckon tinned tommies on toast with brown sauce will be breaky!

I'll let you know what happens.....
